I purchased a brown suede jacket from this retailer and was sent a yellow suede jacket. They are clearly in another country as they are not understanding my emails to them or responding in proper English. I believe it is a scam. I have asked to return the merchandise but they want me to pay for it anyway Attached is a photo of a jacket I have that is brown. I ordered this item with the discription listed as leather. It is not leather. It smells like a chemical and no tags on it. Nothing saying what company it came from nor does it even mention what material it is made from. Very cheaply made. Not worth $130.00! I dont have a return address. The item shown and what they deliver are worlds apart. They show embroidered patches but the delivered product has little more than stickers on it. The quality of the build if low for the price. They do not have licensing from the *** for this product that shows the *** logo and team logo. I purchased this item in mid December and it was shipped from ********. Their website claims distribution all over the world to better meet customers needs. Shipping half way around the world does not fit this statement. The fit of the product does not match their sizing chart. According to the chart, I should have ordered a Large. I ordered an XL as I assumed it would fit a little nicer. This XL has sleeves that are on the short side. The material used makes the whole thing bulky and does not look like what they advertise. The overall fit is very poor. In reading their "return" policy, it is clear that they will take the product back and are unlikely to refund any money due to numerous reasons stated on their site such as different duty fees/taxes/charges.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jacket for Christmas for my husband and used the size chart on their web site. The package arrived on 11/30/23. When my husband opened it on Christmas it did not fit, did not look as advertised and had such a chemical smell to it that we had to put it outside. I reached out to the company on 12/27/23 to request a refund and send it back. They replied the next day refusing a refund and a link to their return policy saying that it has to be returned within 7 days.I looked on the web site when I ordered this and there was not any mention or page for a return policy. I used an iPad and dont know that their site is formatted correctly. The link they sent says at the top Easy Returns in ***************************************************************************************************** 30 days but you only have 7 days to return the item. It also says that it must be in original packaging and have tags attached. My package came from ******** and was in a plastic bag with no tags. Most reputable companies give a longer return period, especially around the holidays.Im not sure that I would have ever received a refund since their return policy and item description are so deceptive.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a jacket on August 12, 2023. The jacket was received but didnt fit. I have sent several emails requesting a return authorization form. I havent received any reply from the company. I fear the 30 day window for a return is going to expire.YInitial Complaint

Purchased two jackets, both defected and four sizes too small. Stopped payment with CC. They begged me to keep jackets and take a 40% refund. I did and will give jackets to kids. CC company re-billed me and paid USA Leather Jackets. They now refuse to give me the refund as promised, and say they have been paid by CC company. I call CC company the tell me the vendor is lying and they show they have been paid.I send them repeated emails and they won't give me refund keep saying it is my banks hands. Bought the coat for 170... through an Amazon Ad. So I did look up the Address to make sure it was not a scam. Adress was ******* and ******, so I placed the order. Coat came from ******** with a horrible smell and packaged in plastic that had a ripped bag. Coat as no material content code, country of origin, or care content. Website says you can wash it? So now I doubt it is suede. I have requested a return through the website and the claim not to have my order. I emailed the address from the shipping paperwork and have gotten no reply. Also customs value of the Coat is 35 dollars so I feel I have been mislead on this purchase.
