  Wish I did my research before making a purchase on **************************. Bought two items only received one. Contacted their email and also requested a call back. Never got back to me. The one item is I received is not the right size and not matching the picture on their site. Not good business practices. Look elsewhere dont get scammed

  Coat arrived in a damaged package with leather exposed to open air. Pockets were misplaced under armpits, too high and too far to the rear, making it impossible to use the pockets while wearing the coat. Company refuses to abide by their own return policy and refuses to issue a full refund.

  Poor quality undersized and false advertising its not what was advertised. *** asked for return label multiple times and they said 3-5 days months ago. I need a return label for this poorly manufactured product.

  TOTAL SCAM - I have no idea how card processors are still working with this company. Same returns/exchanges experience as is reported here time and time again but the most concerning aspect is the false information they have on their site. Try dialing their phone number or looking up their supposed US address. And, they change the phone # listed every 30 days or so. The latest one routes you to a contest hotline. Insane!Don't be deceived - and charge back their transactions when they refuse to fulfill the terms stated on their site - ************ will revoke their processing.

  Do not support this company. Bought a jacket for my wife for Christmas, it was the wrong size. When I contacted them about a return, they refused because it was past the 9 day return policy you have got to be kidding they would not exchange or refund my money. Total ripoff. Also they are NOT an ***************** so dont let the name deceive you.

  I would give zero stars if I could & i WISH I RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING. 1st you are made to believe this jacket comes from *******; nope...mine came from ********. 2nd - the smell of chemical is horrible & when I mention it to "USA Leather Jackets" their suggestion was to get it dry cleaned. ***, buy a jacket & have to get it cleaned. 3rd - runs very small - I ordered a women's medium & it's more like a child's medium. I guess the women in ******** are tiny. Here are the options they have given me - NOT EVEN A FULL REFUND. .1. If you can keep it, then we can give you a 35% refund of your total amount as compensation, to avoid the hassle of returning the product. 2. The second option is, we offer you RCSO (returning customer special offer) that allows you to buy the next product from us at a 25% discount which means that you have the opportunity to have the other product at a 25% discount on its actual price. 3. The Third option is, that you can return this item and we will send you another product that you want to buy as an exchange by paying the shipping cost of $30 and the return will label will be from the company. 4. Fourth and last option is, that you can return this item to our location and we will provide you return label on which you can return the item, once we will receive the item, we will refund your full amount minus the restocking fee of $30.00 Again, we heartily apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We highly appreciate your patience and cooperation with us to resolve this issue amicably.

  I submitted an order to USA Leather Jackets and immediately received a fraud alert from my bank. This made me very concerned so I did a quick search on the company to find a number of serious complaints here. I attempted to contact the company through their online email form and found a very clever error preventing submission by way of a never ending loop on the I am not a robot submit button. I called the number on the site and was immediately disconnected after the welcome message. I emailed them directly and received an automatic reply saying someone would be in touch. After this I received two emails asking me to confirm my size - as if suddenly the were interested in my order which clearly stated the size, its how online ordering works. I called my bank and told them to please cancel the transaction. BUYER BEWARE

  I ordered a $180 tux from the website and the transaction was not made out of *******, it was made out of ********* and my bank alerted me that it was a fraudulent, I tried to go on the website and get a tracking # for it but it will not even allow me to log in. When I try to call the number on the website, all of the lines are out of order, now my son is in need of a tux and we have one week to find one. All of the money we spent is also gone. I did not even think twice to check and see if this website was legit or not.

  My wife purchased a long coat for me on December 17, 2022 from USA Leather Jackets. That being said, the coat arrived in about two weeks and when we received it it not only smelled of some kind of flammable liquid but did not fit well and the quality was inferior. I contacted this company many times by email to return it for a refund. We were told to keep the coat and that we will receive a refund. Well, it is now March 1 and still no refund. We called this company many times on their online listed phone number and get an answering machine (each time) which does NOT allow us to leave a voicemail. It appears that this company is a SCAM and we are forced to pursue a refund from our credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM USA LEATHER JACKETS.

  WELL. Where to begin. Ordered a large pair of Faux Leather pants, 125 bucks. What I was expecting. Well, to start, got no updates, just "Yeah we got your order." Eventually, I did get an email with a ship date. Cool. I got the pants, annnnnnnnnd was immediately disappointed. For starters, the pants didn't feel like 125 bucks, but more 30. The product I received vs the product advertised on their page is like night and day. I tried them on, and they felt two sizes too small (They even sent me the wrong size, but I'm glad they did, cause what I got was an XL. If this is an XL, then wow I wonder what L would have been). They felt like a really tight pair of skinny jeans. So then I tried taking them off, and the inner layer was torn free from the pant legs, making it that much more of a challenge to remove them. Decided I'll keep them cause I need them for a wedding. You are also still able to see the guide marks used in the manufacturing process. These are of poor quality and falsely advertised. I do not recommend shopping with USA Leather Jackets. Do not let their 5 star review on EVERY product fool you. I did attempt to leave a less than satisfactory review, however, their website won't let you despite having a 5-Star Review System displayed on their products.
