      I applied to get a manager Food License certification and was a nightmare to get the ******* exam verified. They don't tell you that the only way to qualify is that you need a laptop only to give a 360 degree view of the room. The materials only indicate that you need a webcam with a view on the ceiling and the floor which I was able to provide. Now Im stuck and need to pay another $55 to retake the exam and I'm not sure I will pass the room scan. The company has refused to let me take the exam again without paying. Clearly a ************ trying to get more money from people. I do not recommend.

      At My Food Service License, we value transparency and clear communication in everything we do.Before enrolling, students are fully informed that: ? All exams are live proctored, requiring appropriate testing conditions. ? A computer, laptop, or Chromebook is necessary to complete the exam. ? A 360-degree room scan is a required part of the verification process.This room scan requirement is communicated five separate timesthrough email, animation, verbal explanation, and again just before the exam begins. At each step, students are asked to acknowledge their full understanding of the process, including the consequences of violations.Our commitment to fairness and integrity ensures all students receive the same clear instructions and expectations. Ultimately, it is each students responsibility to follow the guidelines provided to successfully complete their exam.

      I feel like these people are a big scam, as I took the test (not once but twice) 70% of the questions that were provided to study were not on the test, as the test did not parallel to their study guide. They did not provide me a break down or copy of the questions that were missed. I literally had to made a big deal of them trying to be sneaky by charging for retakes yet not providing any evidence of what I passed and failed. These people took a while to respond and yet were rude in how the responded. My next step is to file a complaint against this company for possibly being a scam. They give you a test alright, however their study guide is not parallel to the study guide, therefore its a failure

      Thank you for your feedback. We understand that learning a new skill and taking an exam can at times be a difficult. After completing your exam, you were given a performance summary as outlined in our policies. You requested the specific questions and answers to the exam, but we reminded you that this would violate the exam security policies and could not be provided. You noted in your review that you needed to make a "big deal" to get this information. However, the information you requested on your performance summary that you originally misplaced was forwarded to you within 24 hours of the request.We're sorry that you did not achieve the results you wanted. We do wish you the best of luck in the future.

      I purchased and finished my Manager's food service course over 1 yr ago but unfortunately due to my daughter's illness and hospitalization, I was unable to take my exam, I tried to go back on the site but couldn't make any headway so I reached out to chat with someone... I was given an offer to repurchase the package as I had no idea there was an expiration date, I will not say that It wasn't in writing someplace, however, I did not see that. I must add that the reps behind the Chat are quite snippy, slick at the mouth and can be quite rude with their comments. Fast forward to March 24, 2024, I repurchased the package but hadn't received my Welcome email so I did not have access to the materials to study, once I tried to today, 4/5/24,access it today but I was made to feel as though IT WAS SOMETHING I WAS DOING WRONG, I tried several time before reaching out for assistance after about 30 minutes or so of trying to access WITH the first gentleman on the line, he said he'd forward my info to the team so they could resend the login info for me... I went to my email waiting for about 30 minutes continuing to refresh, then went back to the chat to inquire and was spoken to as though I was stupid and said something to the effect of I INFORMED YOU IT WOULD BE 24 HOURS, I said, that was never stated(screen shot is available) but I got no RESPONSE. I was still unable to access it, I reached out again only to get *******, who gave me the same instructions but to no avail she says, YOU MUST HAVE BEEN HITTING THE WRONG LINK, IM UNCERTAIN AS TO WHY YOU ARENT WHERE I INSTRUCTED YOU TO BE... Listen, there aren't enough characters left to describe my frustration with these RUDE, ARROGANT, SELF RIGHTEOUS NASTY ACTING REPS! LONG STORY SHORT, THEY NEED REAL PERSONS such as MGRS TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOW THEY SPEAK, WHEN I SUGGESTED THAT, SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS OUTDATED. IF THERE WERE ANOTHER COMPANY I COULD USE TRUST ME I WOULD, I HATE DEALING WITH MY FOOD SERVICE LICENSE!

Students are provided information on their expiration date at five different points during their enrollment period, including a 5-day reminder.
