      Netcredit company is a scam. Gave me the run around for 5 days about a loan and numerous phone calls. I was approved and then turned down. I provided each and every piece of documentation to them that was asked for, several more than once. Double checking via numerous phone calls. Their **** are clueless. They had trouble accessing everything and also assured me each time I had everything needed. The cutoff time was 3/19 at 2 pm and after speaking with 2 **** prior to the cutoff time was assured since everything was in the cutoff time wouldnt matter. The last *** I spoke with told me it looked like I missed the deadline but did tell me I had all the information in. No way I missed the deadline. I provided proof of income twice and bank statement information and they cited the decline for not providing sufficient income documentation. Im on social security and sent them a copy of a benefits letter, which they approved each time, and then told a decline for insufficient income proof. They also did a hard credit check which is now on my credit record. They are liars, a scam and a fraud!!

      Tried to set up a payment plan with them after getting fired with something I can afford. They said no that they couldn't work for me. I always made my payments on time and never had any in issues until today. Plus the collection team is ***** The Fair Debt Collection Practices Ac. They call me twice a day everyday. I'm going also to file a complaint with the ****

      This is a predatory company. STAY FARRRRRRR AWAY AND PROTECT YOURSELF. NEVER PAY THE MINIMUM BECAUSE IF YOU PAY $50 FOR EXAMPLE, ONLY $20 IS GOING TO THE ACTUAL PAYMENT. Every time I pay, I see the balance go up. The next month, I stopped paying this month just to see, and turns out they have a statement balance fee, so all the money I paid is literally up in the air because it just keeps adding more. IF YOU ARE DOWN ON YOUR LUCK, PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY WILL JUST ADD MORE STRESS. THERE IS NO PEACE OF MIND DEALING WITH THEM. Im going to pay it off fully, and I am completely done. When I first signed up, I told everyone that I know that is in a tough time about them, and now I feel bad for being the one to introduce them to these predators. Im making my rounds and letting everyone know to close their account.

      This company is scamming it's asking me for a copy of my social security card copy of my house documents copy of my home insurance not my homeowners man home insurance my birth certificate my driver's license and all kind of things a copy of my social security card if I give all this up they're going to use this to get my house away from me and then they give me a hard time to get the loan because if they feel desperate and then they turn around and deny you because you wouldn't send putting that papers like House people and all this get rid of this company immediately I think the contract outside ******* because you can never talk to no one of this company.

      Caught someone trying to open a fake account through this company, using some of my personal info. When I called this company to report this activity a woman named "Charisma" answered and told me to call another number to report a fraud. I called that number and it went straight to a personal voice mailbox of someone with a Southeast Asian name. This appeared to be some sort of additional fraud attempt, so I called NetCredit again and spoke with a second ******* This representative told me that they could do nothing about the fake account until I made a police report and submitted that within 7 days. When I asked about the earlier phone call to "Charisma" and the phone number she directed me to call, he told me he didn't see any record of it and could do nothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor about that first call to report that suspicious behavior but he refused to let me do *****, I'm left to wonder about several things. Is this company facilitating fraud? Were they responsible for the first fake account? Was I directed to call the personal voice mailbox to facilitate this fraud? Why wouldn't I be allowed to speak with a supervisor? Even if the company wasn't engaged in anything wrong, the fact that they would take zero action before I got a police report suggested they just don't care. The second representative didn't seem suspicious, but he clearly could care less about what was going on.***** doing business with this company. And if you receive notices of accounts through it that you didn't open, be concerned and aware they won't help you.

      I was approved for a $3,250 credit line, only to be abruptly declined because my bank is an online institution with no physical locationsa requirement that is nowhere stated in your terms. On top of that, I now have a hard inquiry on my credit report, despite being explicitly told this would not happen. This is completely unacceptable. These critical details must be clearly disclosed upfront, or you're misleading applicants and damaging their credit in the process. Fix this immediately.

      I got a loan though them but they didn't give me the right amount I ask for which was 1000 they give me 900 they kept 100 dollars. They want me to pay back 1577.

      I'm so glad I didn't get the Loan then people are just dumb!!! I got approved for the loan, put in all my information bank info etc... then it said unfortunately I'm declined for the loan because of my banking routing number! DONT DO IT THEY ARE A SCAM

      They spend the first part of your high Interest loan paying only the interest to prolong the loan so that you end up paying double the amount you borrowed! Don't do it!!
