We all have our stresses in life, and we all make mistakes at times. Net Credit alone with many others are not for the consumer, they are for themselves. They thought when they tried to bully me because, I was looking at rates of other companies. You know sometimes we do not need to be reminded of our own situations, like we are a piece of trash. A few companies need to be put in their place, I have absolutely no problem in calling them out. Net Credit needs to reevaluate how they make their money. If it wasn't for the consumer. All financial institutions would parish. so for all of you and you know who you are. Start treating your clients with respect, and don't bite the hand that feeds you!!!!

In January of 2023 Net Credit reported my account as passed due. There was a payment in December that was missed as I was having issues with my bank which was communicated to them however, I continued having automatic payments paid to Net Credit after the passed due balance. Net Credit did not apply the automatic payment to the passed due balance. I called to complain and was advised that automatic payments do not go towards a passed due balance (does not make any sense). The complaint was escalated multiple times finally to a manager in which she would resolve the issue and advised that the updated would show that the account was not passed due and it would reflect on my credit report. I followed up with Net Credit in which another manager advised that they cannot update my credit report because my account was in fact passed due. I inquired in regards to retrieving a breakdown of all dates and payments made to Net Credit and they did not want to provide me the information and just told me go online. I have documentation showing that the payments were in fact taken out of my account and should have been applied to the based due balance and I feel they late payment needs to be removed from my credit report. The BBB advised "this firm is not a BBB Accredited Business, it is not obligated to respond and resolve consumer complaints with us and it means that our attempts at conciliation have been exhausted and you may wish to contact an attorney or your local or state office of consumer affairs to pursue the matter further." Unfortunately my issue still yet to be resolved let alone communicated with the lack of communication in which I may have to pursue legal action.

Company very unresponsive and does not listen to issues. I was checking my eligibility, and it said that I already had an account, but it would not show me that email address they allegedly had on file for me, just first letter and asterisks. It would not let me proceed on checking eligibility, just said log in with the email we have on file. I did not recognize that email address from the very limited info they showed me on it, and I have no memory of doing business with them. I emailed customer service saying this and asking if they had a procedure for recovering a login when you do not have access to that email they have on file. I didn't even know what the complete email address was. Most businesses have some sort of account recovery procedure. This set off the most annoying chain of replies clearly proving that nobody had read my email. The reply was a very obvious form letter saying, you have emailed us from a different address than we have on file; please email from the address we have on file. I would reply, point out that I could not email from an address I didn't know, and ask what their account recovery procedures were. Here would come the same form letter again. Back and forth, obviously no one reading my emails. I finally put in the last reply, at the top and bolded, please pass this along to a supervisor. I then once again asked for their account recovery procedures. Once again, I received the same form letter, please email us from the email address on file. I am convinced that this company does not actually read emails or respond to customer concerns. I was perfectly willing to go through any verification and recovery procedure with them, just was saying that I needed to know what said procedure was. At this point, I would never do business with this company, as I am not convinced that customer service listens to concerns at all. If you want to be able to get someone to respond when you have an issue, look elsewhere.

Advertised as a line of credit, I didnt realize I thought it was a credit card. They take your information and withdraw money based on when you were paid my Case every two weeks I didnt know that and I couldnt come up with a budget for that I missed two payments in the monthly cycle and my balance is not dropped though I sent them $400 they say, they use fees rather than interest to penalize so they have just jacked up the fees so that my balance is not

OTHERWISE KNOWN AS NETCREDIT The total fees assessed on $2750.00 in 3 months (from Nov 16, 23 - Feb 15, 24) is $1,185.00. You only receive $2475.00 after the 10% cut. They add $135 every 2 weeks to the balance.IN ******************'T DO IT!!!!! Unless your life is being threatened by the Mob, don't do it! This is worse than any loan shark out there. I cannot believe they can stay in business. I think I'd rather default on this loan and tell them to go f themselves. They are hurting people so badly. Their commercial showing people dancing around happy should show them afterwards depressed and broke.DON'T DO IT!!!!

**** company says I took out a loan with them. I have never done business with this place in my life. I started getting calls and I told them numerous times I didn't even know who they were. They then had the audacity to hit my credit. I am filing this complaint along with many others about this scam operation. I disputed with the credit bureau and the company lied and said the debt was real. I demanded to see anything with a signature or anything shows proof of this debt or that I ever contacted them. This is sickening and pathetic.

The company was overpaid and although there was no authorization on auto pay after the payment of the loan settlement, there has been no loan settlement notice of payment nor repayment of the overpayment amount. I requested to speak with collections manager and after being on hold (while what I believe agents are not notifying anyone but instead using down time), I was told they will call me back. This issue needs to be resolved, as their settlement is a breach and if the payment agreement was "not honored," the offer would be null / void. If they have not honored their own agreement all of my payments should be returned.
