    On May 23rd of 2023 I took my car into be serviced at Mufflers 4 Le$$ on **** **********. ***** the mechanic speaks english very well He kept asking me was it the rear right hub assembly that needed work done I said I guess so then I said I really don't know what it means you're the mechanic not me then he said ok, I said just do whatever is on the estimate now mind you that on the estimate it stated " quantity 2 " I called another shop to check on how the work is to be done after I went to pick up my car and realized that the company only did one side I was told that you have to do both sides which was on the estimate and that the hub assembles come in the quantity of two I investigated that you can buy 1 but my estimate stated 2 when you buy them so why would they do one and not the other and now my brakes are skipping, I have to pump them and the brake pedal is going close to the floor now I'm concerned about my ********* safety I went and ask why is it doing that and was told it had nothing to do with doing anything to the brakes with the work that was done I went on You Tube and watched a video on How to Replace Rear Wheel Hub and Bearing on a 2006-2011 ***** HHR and it showed that the Brakes and Brake line was removed and the brake hose clamped off and disconnected also I found out that R/R means remove and replace but the mechanic kept saying it means Right Rear, Also if he didn't understand the assignment then he shouldn't have taken on the job so now my brakes are not working properly and I need my car to work properly so I can transport my kids and myself safely, Please help me with this situation please I just want this company to fix my vehicle I don't want any money all I want is my car to be repaired they're trying to charge me an extra $300.00 to repair the left side when they need to fix both sides and fix the problem with my brakes since they did work on my car.
