I ordered a dress for my daughter on 4/24/25. By 4/29/25 the order still has not shipped. I emailed 3 times on 4/29/25, the last of which I asked for my order to be cancelled and if no response, I would dispute it with my bank. There has been no response 24 hours later, so I put in the dispute. This company is a scam. DO NOT shop here! Buyer beware!

I ordered childrens leggings on 10/22/23 and I never received my order. The company has refused to issue a refund. I now see other similar complaints by others and the company appears to be fraudulent.

I placed an order with this company on 9/22/2023, and to date have not received my completed order. Several emails have been back and forth till finally I was told that the item, ********************* Tulle dress in pink was out of stock. This was after 6 or 7 emails that I stated I ****** received my item. I agreed to accept another color for the dress that was in stock, white. That was about three weeks ago and I still have not received it. They are still advertising the dress on ********* and I have not received my item. My order # is AW245608 and the "bargain sale price" was $10.00. I am so disgusted with this company and their poor customer service. They have not been helpful or considerate. All I want is what I ordered. It was to be a gift, but it is now passed that date. I have been patient, but now I just want a refund of $10.00 plus my shipping. I won't be purchasing from this company, Abby Apples, again.

I placed an online order 9/22/23. (Order number #AW245646). I received the order within a couple of weeks. Two items in the order were not as described - they were advertised as being made of cotton with a mesh skirt, but the "cotton" part was clearly a synthetic fabric when it arrived. However, I decided to let that go as they were cheap and I'd still use them. My main complaint is that a third item, an adult jumpsuit, had no way to even put on the item. There was no zipper or fastener that opened up any part of it. To put it on, you would have to step through the top neckline, which was not big enough for a person the garment was sized for.I contacted Abby Apples first on 10/11/23 to initiate a return of the jumpsuit. In the week that has elapsed, I have received form responses and/or poorly written responses that do not solve the issue. They keep offering for me to return the "dress" (it's not a dress, they keep calling it this) at my own expense for an exchange for another color or size. I keep telling them that another color or size will not solve the design flaw. They also say they can't provide a return label - this is a direct quote of their email - "Dear, Our company not provide label because we don't know label because we send through shipment so you have to send dresses in our company address then I can refund you and I already send you address then I will refund your money, without getting back dresses we cannot processed."It seems to me that they are using some sort of auto translation that is insufficient and they are repeatedly not responding to my actual problem with the garment. Every time I try to explain again they send me the same form letter wanting me to send it back at my own expense for exchange for a different size or color (note; there isn't even any size larger for me to exchange my item for.) Given this response, I am hesitant to waste money sending the item back when I expect they will not give me a refund anyway.

I placed an order with Abby Apples on March 6 Order #******. My credit card was charged $109.89 for six dresses. I never received the order. I have reached out to the seller 6 times requesting a refund and they refuse to refund me despite acknowledging that the order was lost and I never received it. Also of note, the website states the boutique is located in *******, **. But the tracking information showed the order was shipped from *****. I suspect this boutique is actually a scam/fraudulent company. Please help me to obtain the refund. Please protect other consumers from this fraudulent company.
