      It is impossible to contact Living Social regarding purchases. I tried to cancel an order but there was no way to cancel the order, contact Living Social through email, or send any kind of message. This company gets your money and then hope you will become frustrated and stop pursuing a refund. I know they are owned by ******* and you cannot contact them through ******* either.

      I purchased a Voucher for Bowlero Bowling which has multiple locations throughout *****************. I live in *** and I figured that I could use the Voucher in ***. After purchasing the voucher, I was presented the locations of where the Voucher could be used and there were no *** locations. However, as I looked through the website, there were other vouchers for sale which included a *** location. I contacted Living Social through e-mail and received an automated e-mail saying that they do their best to respond within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I received another automated e-mail apologizing for no one having responded to me. I also contacted Living Social through chat and after reaching out multiple times, someone responded to me but the person's communication with me was sporadic. In the end, I was told that my purchase was a final sale and that a refund was not possible.It is unbelievable to me that prior to purchasing the voucher, there was a general advertisement for Bowlero Bowling but after purchasing the voucher, I was presented with a very clear page of where the voucher could be used. Prior to me purchasing the voucher, Living Social should have clearly advertised where the voucher could be used instead of doing so after the voucher was purchased. It is also dishonorable that a company would not make a fine print clearly visible to a customer. It is also dishonorable that a company would not attempt to resolve an issue with a purchase that a customer has made but is fine with profiting from that purchase.

      I purchased a LivingSocial gift card for my mom. It had not expired. They said LivingSocial/Groupon wont pay them. How embarrassing. Tried emailing and live chat no response.
