      On 7/20/22 I booked a parking spot in *** on Spothero for $13.75, but on my email appears for 7/19. I called customer service directly and they agreed to return my credit but not to my card but to be used on my next day. I was charged twice and never got my refund but another charge of $16.00. I disputed it with my credit card and they will follow. The action of trying to fool customers with their credit to be redeem on your account is unacceptable cause they will charge you double for the same spot.

      We are very sorry for the trouble and the confusion that this customer experienced! We were able to locate the reservation based on the details provided, and do see that the funds of $13.75 from the original reservation were returned to the customer's ********************** account as a SpotHero credit after a reservation was booked for the incorrect date and time. The credit was then used to book a new reservation for the correct times, at which point the customer was charged an additional fee of $16 due to a difference in price; the new reservation was for a different date and for a longer period of time, and as such fell into a higher rate category. We are very sorry if anything was unclear!
