On 6/18/22, I reserved a parking spot with Spot Hero in New Ireland Orleans for the Essence Festival. I rented and REGISTERED the vehicle before I left the parking lot of BUDGET RENTAL CAR. On 07/1/22, I was illegally booted. From 6pm-11pm, I was on the phone with Lexi and ****** They confirmed that the vehicle was illegally booted. I ended up having to partially walk and uber to our first event. We were hot sweaty and late! I received a call from ****** the next morning because I called them first thing that morning and he said that someone was coming in about 10 minutes, that turned into 6 hours!! We missed the event that morning as we were tired, exhausted, and frustrated. They demanded that I pay up front and theyll reimburse me. I told them no. This is no fault of mine, you all havent helped me all this time and Ill have a hard time getting my money back and that I didnt budget for a boot or uber. They told me to send receipts and theyll work with me for the mishaps that they caused. Then, I get an email saying they cant reimburse me for the vehicle because they paid to have the boot removed. Ill be taking them to court with the documents I have. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
