  They have the process down to a science. I followed the very clear directions that they sent me, to the letter, and the entire process went quickly and smoothly. I applied for a new passport, not a renewal and I received it after 3 business days as promised. I absolutely recommend Urgent Passport.

  I'm planning to go to *********** around the third week of July with a friend of mine, but unfortunately, I hadn't renewed my passport yet. When I was looking to schedule an appointment with **** I couldn't find any appointments for ***** days in a 100 mile radius of my apartment (I started looking for appointments towards the end of April), so about mid-late June, and that would not be enough time to get a passport through the normal channels. Since I had procrastinated on getting a new passport (I had lost mine sadly), i ended up getting on ****** and found Urgent Passport Services. I gave them a call and ******** answered the phone. I explained my situation to her and my concerns and she answered a bunch of questions i had related to the process and forms i needed to fill out. She also gave me a bit of information that was crucial: when making an appointment instead of searching your own zipcode, search a specific area. Since I'm in ********, she suggested a small town called *************, and low and behold I was able to make an appointment the very next day. I ended up not going to that first appointment and called Urgent Passport Services back a bunch of weeks later panicking even more that I had procrastinated further. ******** answered again and helped me once more through the process. I asked her the likelihood of me getting my passport back before my trip (this all took place mid June), and she said she was very confident that I'd have it back in time. i followed all the instructions the company provided and did everything they asked and no more than 10 days later I received my passport in the mail. Well worth the cost of using this company, I couldn't be happier with the service I received and ******** was an absolute godsend. I would have been lost without her. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process step by step. Thank you again ******** for all you did to help me!

  I was very impressed with Urgent Passport Services. I was careful to renew my childrens passports well before a trip to ***** wed planned for two years, but forgot to check my own. (Facepalm!) I discovered the expired passport exactly one week before departure and tried contacting the **************** directly, as well as my congressmans office. Neither could help me on my limited timeline. Urgent Passport Services said they could get it to me in time if I got the documents to ***** that same day. I purchased their 3-day service and had the passport in hand the morning before my departure. I also called a couple of times to check on things and was very pleased at a person either answered the phone or called me back within an hour or two. Im very grateful. Very detailed, excellent service. The business owner was extremely direct and detail oriented about every document I neededsomething I appreciated as I had absolutely ZERO time for error or delay given my imminent departure.
