  Great customer service. I called at least four times before committing and talked to the same person. She was very helpful. I booked a trip unaware of the passport delay this year. Using this service I received weeks before my trip. 10/10 recommend this company. The list they provided was easy to follow for a first timer!

  Excellent service at the best rate available. I did a lot of research to find a reputable passport expediting service, and this company far outranks any other (many of them out there are much more expensive and have terrible ratings). I loved that they have useful instructional videos, their website is very professional and clear, and their staff answers the phone and returns calls promptly, and they walk you through every step to insure success. They even returned my calls and helped me after business hours and on the weekend. I paid for the 12 day service but had the passport within 7 days. I recommend this service very highly and cant say enough good things about their professionalism. Worth every ***** when youre in a passport bind!

  Excellent service! Highly recommended!!! I had my passport appt at the post office on may 22 then fed ex to Urgent Passport. I had it processed for 12 days. You get to talk with live people Ben and Michelle and they will talk to you before your post office appointment and after the appointment and tell you what you need to fed ex to them. I received my passport via fed ex on May 30, it didnt even take 12 days, only 8 days from the time I sent it to them.

  Fabulous customer service! I had to call several times to verify paperwork and check with them for shipping options, and everyone was super helpful to make sure I received my passport in time and answered my **** questions. It actually arrived a week ahead of schedule, with all my documentation returned in the same envelope. Would totally recommend anyone else needing to get a passport renewed in a hurry to go with Urgent Passport!

  Outstanding!!We booked a trip and needed to update a passport for a minor (forgot that their passport was only good for 5 years) The closest same day government passport office that could take me in person was ************, and I live in **********! Anyway, I contacted Urgent Passport and they were extremely patient and helpful. The online video tutorials were great. We received the new passport in just over a week (I paid for 12 day service) I'm not sure if my results were typical but I am very happy and definitely would recommend that if you need a passport quickly to give them a call. Explain your situation and they will guide you accordingly.Thank you Urgent Passport - now we can relax ahead of our trip!!

  Completely professional, returned phone calls and e-mails right away. Usually within minutes not hours. Sent them our sons passport application and photos overnight and had a brand new passport in our hands in 5 business days!! Incredible and highly recommend!
