    I called on a Wednesday morning to check about getting a new passport the fastest way possible. They were very helpful and straightforward - if they had my documents now it was possible, but with the weekend coming up it would most likely be next Wednesday. A lot of companies would have taken my money and then said "oops".

    I am extremely happy with this service! I found out that my daughter's passport expired a week before our international flight! I was in panic and finding "Urgent Passport Services" was a life saver for sure. They were very nice and explained everything, guided me through the whole process and made sure I did everything correctly. 4 business days later (just as promised and paid for) I am holding my child's passport and ready to fly!
