      I have a prepaid card and it was stolen and I tried to cancel it but they wont let me and they keep charging me a fee and I never signed up for anything like this

      On Tuesday at 8:03 am the debit card company PLS removed $1102.11 from my account without my knowledge or approval. I contacted them by phone and was told to wait for a check in 10 days...my card is still active but they refused to return my money to my account..my bills will be due in a few days including rent...this is unacceptable I need your assistance

      I received a call from this company at 9:45 at night and he was asking me if my company needed a line of credit Isaid no Im good and then he continue to tell me that everybody else is doing it and that I need to do it, and I to take his explicit lead of money. And I said Im good I dont need it. He goes. I make a half $1 million a year and I can buy your house and said F U a****** hung up on me.This is a business I would never wanna work with if thats how a someone reaching out from my business would treat me in a matter of seconds on the phone having a discussion

      On April 1st at 4:51PM my mother, who is disabled, went to this facility to pay her COMED ****. Two transactions were made towards the bill as to can see from both reference photos. On May 1st, she received her bill stating she had a past due balance (from the month PRIOR), plus whatever outstanding fees were displayed from not paying on time. However, she has receipts that she in fact payed her comed bill through PLS on Armitage and ******* **** payment system. We contacted comed and they confirmed no money was received for the utility bill. Upon returning to the ***, she informed the cashier people that the bill was never paid in full and demanded more information on the funds that vanished. The cashiers humiliated her, practically calling her a fraud and refused to get her the answers she was seeking. They also took a picture of her without consent. How could a business who offers these types of assistance be shady with there payment policy or procedures. Since than she has been told for a few days they need to review footage and a manager needs to be present. We are demanding justice and a full return of her money that was never paid to the utility company.

      Signed up for their checking account 4 months ago , and have been a valued customer ever since . Recently , someone hacked my info and used my debit card to purchase ***** products . The bank has not investigated my dispute or provided any provisional credit while I wait .

      The PLS is not listed on the options for them. The Pls I went to is **************************************. I went to the pls as I do every month. I've been a member here for years and never have I had any problems. There was a new girl when I pulled into the drive thru. I did as I normally do...counted the money ( as I was getting a money order) put it inside a piece of paper folded, put the amount I needed for the money order, my name and number. I sent it to her. She took it I looked away doing something else. She called me on the speaker asked my name and did I want a money order for the amount of 940. Told her yes. She said we'll I have 900. I told her I gave her 1000 which I did. I counted it twice and had it save from 2 weeks before. I do this every month. She said it's 900. She took 100 of it. It was 1000. I asked her to look for the other 100. The other lady that I should have asked for came to the window and said we'll I'm counting and its 900. Told her I sent her 1000 so what happened to the other 100. She said we'll maybe it fell. It didn't fall but she asked me to check so I looked on the ground. I didn't need to do that because it was in the folded paper but to appease her I did. I said I should have asked for you. She said what did you say. I said I should have asked for you. I'm so angry right now because I work too hard for someone to just steal from me and to steal from a financial institution is even worse. This happened today at 4 430pm. I asked them for the rest of my money and left.

      February 1through26 bank overturned some credits and charged me over $800 in fees. I live on social security and cannot afford. They are ri0ping me off and will not let me speak to a supervisor

      I purchased a money order from $1000.00 and issued it to my landlord. However, the landlord bank cancel/blocked the money order. I returned to the PLS check cashing place and they had me fill out a money order stop payment refund request form. I uploaded an attached copy (please check upload). Continually, I was told to give the progress two weeks, then three. I was told by the representative that the check was issued on 12/30/2024 and it will take 14 business days before it reached. I waited, however, I never received it. I am writing this compliant to gain some assistance. I called PLS multiple times but to no avail, I keep getting the run around. I need some assistance obtaining my $1000.00 money order refund.

      On 10/23 I contacted the manager and never heard back from anyone. I was charged $328 without being notified how much it would be prior to casing my check. There is absolutely no way i wouldve cashed my check if they would have told me the price. I have a bank account and couldve waited. They didnt announce how much would be taken out of the check until after it was cashed leaving me with no option.
