      I went to the pls located on ******* and ****** in ************* ** on 20 nov 2022. The ladies at the pls was very unprofessional and refused to cash my check because they say I was being rude. Which I was not being rude at all one of the ladies asked what is the address where I provide services and I stated I didn't know the address of the place because he comes and picks me up and takes me home so I don't pay attention. They told me I needed to lv and they would not cash my check. I will never go to this pls store again and to be honest pls takes more than they give

      I'm being over charge for paying my monthly bills on August 30 2022. My total bills was $1916.25 and was charged $2411.25. I have been in contact with ******* the store manager and she is aware of the error. No one is responding back to me, each time I stop by they keep stating they be in touch with me. Need help thanks

      On8/10/19 money order numbers *********************,********** and ********** were cashed fraudulently by someone named *************************. These money orders were addressed to my landlord ORIPS, LLC and were never received.I reported the incident to the *************, CFS re# *********** when I found out my landlord never received my rent, on 9/4/19 and filed affidavits of Forgery or Alteration with PLS on 9/6/2019. Th ease affidavits were notarized and returned to the pls store #**** on ************ and I was never sent any correspondence concerning my claims. Since then I have called pls numerous times and they have stated they never received any documents concerning this issue and I have called hundreds of times trying to get an email address to correspond in writing and was refused any information on how to follow up with the main part of this Buisness as to complain and keep seeking the return of my monies. Subsequent to this because the way the theft occurred my landlord comes to pick up my rent or then I must bring it to him. Please help me get my money back it has been 3 years and this was how long the police said it might take but pls says they do not have my documents which is untrue. Not only did I bring them in but also to the second sore Ive been in contact with since the original store I bought them at closed.

      ************* is the bank which pairs with PLS Check cashing locations, government benefits are picked at up locations each month. Why do employees not have the routing and account numbers for consumers accounts handy when needed. I have my account number associated with the direct deposit of my benefits check picked up at the pls locations, but not the routing number, apparently employees dont have info handy and are required to reach out to the bank itself, but they also state that the bank does not even answer their phone calls. I am in need of my routing number for my direct deposit of government benefits check and it should not have taken me over 12 hours today just to still end up with no information. I am so frustrated right now, I need my routing and also feel I should be compensated for my time calling the pls locations, researching fortress bank, contacting the government agency and more. This should not have occurred.

      I have contacted the Social ******************* with 2 waits, one wait lasted 40 min and the other lasted 1 hour trying to change my direct deposit for my benefits check. Contacted PLS check ****** location at least 6 times 9/2/22 because I have my account number but not my routing number. The cashiers answering phone/customer service and management told me they did not have the routing number of the bank for which my check is deposited to pick up monthly at their location. The customer service agents stated they tried to contact the bank more than 3 times but they never answer their phone calls either. How can a bank not respond to their own employees, all I want is my routing number so I can update Social Security, they should have had information handy and I no longer trust PLS or ************* with my financial services. I have now spent over 12 hours trying to resolve, contacting pls locations, trying to find info on fortress bank and in calling Social security. I do feel I should even be compensated for my time because employees at location should have info handy when customers request something as simple as a routing number tied to their government benefit account.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not requesting my routing and account number released to a 3rd party, I am requesting it released to myself. I should not have to take additional measures of paying for something to be notarized etc and all the extra steps for you all to release my info to me. I did not have such hard time opening my direct deposit through PLS with you all, I am willing to take legal measures if need be as I am disabled and this is quite stressing that you will not provide info for my very own account, something as simple as the routing to coincide with the account number I already have.

      I got a new card from pls & since I added over $500 to it the pls ********** agreed that I was not to be charged. I asked her will I be charged for it or will the **** be waived for the **** a month plan. She said she was adding me to the **** plan & this was actually the plan I wanted. We agreed on this & that she would create this for me. Behind my back, she gave me a completely different plan that forced me to pay a fee to pls every time I used my card. This is very expensive. This plan is, pay as you go, I don't understand why she did this. I found out yesterday from a phone agent that I was placed this plan. I was shocked and angry, I then called the location of the worker, the lead answered the phone last nite, I told her what her inferior did to me. She asked who did this, I told her a very heavy dark skinned young girl/worker between ***** years old. Before this new girl even gave me my card, I told her I wasn't interested in getting a card because pls wrote my name as nekica bibble before. I don't understand how they made that mistake, I don't know who was responsible for that. I believe that when I told this worker that, that's when she snuck & placed my card on pay as you go instead of **** a month. She also told me that I was ignorant when I told her about the misprint. I don't understand what makes me ignorant when I wasn't the one who messed up the card. I have had problems with this location before. In one incident, another female black manager, that still works there, gave me a receipt and added cash to my card but when I used the card, nothing was on it, so I had to take it back with the receipt, the next day so she could fix it. I don't understand why this mishap happened. I want a refund for the expensive pay as you go that I wasn't aware of that was snuck on me. It is not fair for me to pay for it when we agreed that I wasn't to be placed on that plan.

      I was at this location to get two different documents notarized that had 3 pages each. ******************* (Pea) charged me ***** for each document that ***luded 3 pages, I paid ***** cash and ***** with card with .20 fee for card usage. I looked back at my bank account and realized she charged my card ***** She wrote my birth day ***orrectly so I had to run home and print all new pages. Came back to her location and she made copies first and then placed only her stamp and filled out the blank space never did she signed or dated as a notary should. My attorney said the documents looked sloppily and he was going to fill out the ****** spaces (my birthday,name ext..) with type writer and just make it one document with still 3 pages and have it notarized. I went back again and she had just called me to give me back my ***** she over charged me, again she just placed her stap and did not signed and dated. Showed my attorney via picture and he said she needs to place stamp on all 3 pages and sign with date. **** signed and dated again but with different *** color than previous page. So by this time i had stamps, signatures and dates all over my 3 pages with different *** color and she had the nerve to charge me ***** more because now it's ***** for each notary stamp she was using. When previous she only charged me ***** for all 3 pages never did she mention ***** for each notary stamp. I ended up tossing her notarized document and going to a professional notary that had space in his notary stamp for his signature and date like they all should. ***** did mention she lost that part on her notary stamp. I would like for this company or ***** to please give me my ***** back as she did her notary job extremely poorly and I was over charged for this notary service please.I did try to contact them and I have yet to hear back
