    This is a Scam. I did what they told me to do. I paid $17 bc you have to pay for the return shipping even though their product does not work. So when I called to see about my refund, they said they saw no info and there was no manager to talk to bc they didn't have one. That says alot!

    My order has been delayed for unknown reasons. When I call your customer service line, I get agents that talk over me and tell me my shipment has been delayed for unknown reasons but is out for delivery with **** All I got was a tracking number and expected this order to be delivered within this week and by now. I asked to speak to a supervisor on your customer service line and have been placed on hold for long periods of time after being told that no supervisor is available. If this is how your company works then I am very disappointed and I expect to speak to an American and not someone who works out of this country. One that speaks good enough English that a person can converse with would be nice. I expected much more from this company that what I got. Thank you.

    This stuff actually got rid of the bugs. I'mpretty sure that's hard to do. But it worked, just like they said.

    Very disgusted with this company. They didn't get my order correct. They billed me 2xs for 2 bottles and an additional $1 when I only wanted ONE bottle. Called customer service and the GUY didn't understand that I wanted, just ONE bottle (repeated myself 3 times). Poor customer service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, because he didn't understand what I was asking for, no one was available and I'd have to call back. Why should a customer call back, probably over and over again, until they reach a supervisor. Not acceptable at all. Even though they billed me IMMEDIATELY (and incorrectly), it will take 5-10 business days to receive a refund. I would not recommend this company at all. Simply put: it's just not worth it. ******************

    I dont know where bye bug gets there reviews but they are false results are very misleading. I have bed bugs in one room I have totally drenched the whole room I am on my fourth bottle and still have bedbugs. They advertised that you will be rid of them in a day. Two months later and three and a half months later still have them. False advertising and customer reviews are falsely reported.

    This was the only thing that worked for my home . Before this I tried everything known to man kind . Personally I suggest this . So much that I even bought an extra bottle just to have . Please note that you must shake it very well before using it .

    We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the results of our products.Did you follow the full instruction guide *************************************************************** and spray twice a day for 10 days and the other guideline including encasing your mattress and washing and drying all linens on high heat? You needed to spray twice a day for ***** days. You only received your package 5 days ago. We have emailed you.

    The product does work on contact pretty much but had to use ALOT of it. I bought 6 bottles for 1 room as it was not enough. When spraying all surfaces it just wasnt enough product, sadly!
