4 starsI would honestly have to say the product does work. I had to treat the area a few times but the product did work. I never noticed any sort of smell and I thought it did dry pretty quickly if you applied it to a Mattress or Box Spring. Honestly, not even a one. You can smell this spray. I could, and still can't get it out of my head. If you do use it. Ventilate well. It was winter when I sprayed and slept indoors, for 3 months. Does not kill all on contact. One crawled across my bed as I kept spraying. Please be careful, they say this product is green and safe but I wouldn't use it around my kids or pets. They did give me a full refund, though. Hopefully I will feel well soon.Say Bye Bugs

Most customers who spray twice a day say they have seen no more signs of bugs after around two weeks but it can take much longer if you have a big infestation. Also you must be diligent to get good results.Have you been using the product as per our instruction guide *************************************************************** by spraying twice daily and including regularly vacuuming? Did you always shake bottles well before using the spray? If you do not shake it before spraying it might not be as effective.However if you are sure our product doesn't seem to work for you we can send you an email with a return shipping label you need to print and put it on the package. We'll give you a refund when the product gets returned to our warehouse. You pay the return shipping costs. Please let us know how do you wish us to proceed.Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further assistance.Customer sent no further response to our communication with her.
