    I had services with Anderson in 2023. Account #******* now in collections with GB Collects. Anderson pest controls services did not work. They claimed I had a mouse issue in my garage and laid out box traps. The box traps didnt catch ANYTHING. I complained and they said they will try to lay boxes in the attic and still they caught NOTHING. I complained to the sales guy who sold me the services and he told me I had to call Anderson and request my fees to be waived due to their services not working. I spoke with someone in their accounting department and she told me not to pay anything and it would be waived. She said she would give me a call if she needed anything else. Now MONTHS later I receive a letter from collections for $601.04. I let ******* from GB collects the situation and she said I needed to speak with Anderson to fix this issue. I called Anderson and the customer service department sent the local office TWO messages to call me back and they havent called me back. Now GB collects is escalating my collections lying and stating I am ignoring the debt when Im not. Ive been trying to get this resolved because this was supposed to be waived in 2023 for their services not working.

    Anderson Pest Control performed work without satisfactorily explaining the treatment options, failing to respond to homeowners multiple request to communicate and without a signed agreement by homeowner acknowledging consent to service or contract terms. For these reasons details further described below, we will not be issuing payment for account number: ******* PLEASE SEE ATTACHEMENT FOR FULL COMPLAINT - CHARACTERS RAN OUT.

    I hired Anderson Pest to do pest control on my Dads apartment building at **** *********** in ******* ** We have used them for several years. We had a rat problem and a wasps nest. I had an appointment scheduled in June for both and made arrangements with tenants. They were no call no show. I have called multiple times requesting that they complete the services. They finally came and put out the rat traps BUT they ************** that a manager will call me and that they will send someone to remove the wasp nest but to date neither has happened and yet they just billed me again. I dont know how to get them to complete the services they have been hired to do!!
