    I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that it helps others avoid the same frustration. Our condominium building is a long-time customer with regular monthly service. Recently, a technician failed to service all the requested units during a visit, so we scheduled a follow-up. Despite confirming the appointment by phone, the technician didn't show up. We rescheduled for the following week, and once again, the technician failed to appear this time after confirming the appointment earlier that day. Frustrated, I reached out before business hours ended, and after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told a technician would come during emergency hours. To make matters worse, even the emergency technician didn't show up. This experience directly violates the company's own pest control guarantee, which states: "As our client, if you are not satisfied with our services, we will return to your home or business and diligently work to solve the problem as soon as possible. If the pest problem is not solved to your satisfaction, we will keep working until you are completely satisfied with our pest treatment." Based on my experience, this guarantee is nothing more than a promise in name only. This is beyond just a scheduling mishap this is a clear lack of professionalism and reliability. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this company.

    Called for service and was informed they had no openings for an inspection until the following week, when I mentioned if they had any flexibility to come out over the weekend, I got "it's Friday man, these guys are booked up" and then I was hung up on.
