  This company threatened to *** me for leaving a review of them on ******* I don't even have any words for the amount of unprofessionalism experienced with them. I used their service for about a year and didn't have many is***s with them in the beginning. They would sometimes miss a week here and there of yard cleaning but it was no big problem. It was difficult to get ahold of someone because no matter when I called I never was able to speak to anyone. Then they started texting me for is***s. I would tell them that no one came to clean and they would say that I was lying and that someone did come to clean. For 3 weeks no one came to clean our yard and I asked for a refund. They provided a partial refund and explained that someone did come to clean. Our yard was full of dog waste so this was a lie. They then explained that the person that was regulalry coming to clean had to be let go and that someone else would be coming to clean. That didn't happen again. I asked to cancel the service and they did cancel but in a very unprofessional way sending me rude texts and hear emojis. I posted a review on ****** and I received a text a few minutes later saying that they will be having an attorney reach out to me. I have never in my life experienced this from a business. Instead of trying to resolve is***s with poor service, they try to threaten people. It's disgusting. Maybe it's about time someone ***s them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Consumer beware!!!! Clearly threatening people is his business model.. just check out his BBB - F rating. He has been harassing me since I canceled service for no one showing up for 4 weeks and no response from him. I have also left 3 different ****** reviews. Have screenshots of text messages. Calling me *****, a thief, telling me to go apply for welfare. Threats of legal action and referring to his BBB as proof of good service .... The lengths he went to. Reading the reviews on Yelp, so similar in nature.... How has he not been stopped yet. He has been claiming throat issues for a year. Trying to get CC info over text. Complete scam artist.

  After not showing up for over 3 weeks and charging my credit card at the full monthly rate, I called them four times with no response. I finally emailed them and this was their exact response to my issue: "Ok we have been having extreme issues with service vehicles, obviously..we expect, no demand clients to understand this..we are working diligently to fix this issue..we run things differently here and pass those savings down to our clients hence being 40-60% less expensive than competitors..just as a reminder we have zero contracts and you're free Cancel account/service whenever u please..thx". No apology - just a DEMAND that I understand their issue and complete lack of communication. And then a friendly reminder that if I didn't like it, charging me for services they didn't perform, then I could quit.After canceling, this was the message I received from the company exactly as written - "***** ???????? you're worse than a woman man..is your v***** wet? Feel sorry for your wife/girl..sad there are "men" as yourself"They may be cheaper but that response to customer service is completely unacceptable. I canceled my service immediately. Find another provider.
