      Great agents full of hospitality and ****** Although I informed the agents I will continue my search, Kass agents made it their business to still treat me with dignity.

      I literally hate them. So currently my lease ends on April 30th. They are scheduling back to back viewings of my apartment while Im still here. My problem is instead of asking me what day and how many people a day Im a fine with they are scheduling 6 viewings a day! This is ridiculous. I still live here. Is no one thinking of my safety or comfort? People steal, kill and *** when they see something they like. I guess Kass Management said F me.

      Met **************** For a view of an apartment, well spoken and and friendly guy. Really felt welcomed to the place and made the visit go by smoothly. Very informative and had answers to all questions we asked

      lived in their damen + ******** building for a year and within a month found mushrooms growing FROM THE ****** complained several times and they just scraped them off and repainted over it which is obviously not a proper solution to a fungi infestation. had mice, roaches, mold in the vents and i was sick the entire time, and they did nothing at all despite my health complaints as the building was clearly not up to code and a hazard. avoid them at all costs they dont care about tenants healthcare or safety in the slightest.

      Was supposed to see a place in **********. I made and appointment and got a confirmation but there was no follow up from anyone nor did anyone show up. I called the leasing office and no one picked up. Pathetic service.

      PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUCKSSSS NEVER RENT / lease with them i wish i wouldve read the reviews before the whole building is infested they so money hungry

      I do believe that there has been some discrimination to a degree that needs some looking into.Do it sound as if this customer service deserves a star.

      I had a horrible experience with Kass Management. I was promised an apartment and suddenly my application was rejected ****** dollars later. Paper work was missing. Phone calls were rarely returned and on and on.... Please read the fine print carefully. If possible, go elsewhere with your business. It is so sad how people with more.....can step all over those with very little. You hurt a lot of people today.

      STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT rent/lease from Kass Management. They should go out of business. NEGLIGENT, INCOMPETENT, and CORRUPT!! Wish we would have read reviews before renting from them.Realtors should think twice before subjecting their clients to the awfulness of Kass Management.

      The term "incompetent" would be a compliment for Kass. They are hands-down the worst business I've ever dealt with in 30+ years. Negligent in every possible way in terms of communication, service, or completing any administrative task as outlined in the service agreement. Kass was the property management company for our HOA in ******* for 2 years before other owners and I unanimously decided to sever ties with them. Stay as far away as possible.
