  Zero stars. Current rat infestation in Kass managed apartment which is unresolved after 23 days. Trash containment behind unit is disgraceful and blocks apartment door on first floor. Certainly an issue which can lead to rat control issue. This too is unresolved.Mangagment staff disresptful to tenants. Kass staff does not return calls or conduct a professional business. DO NOT RENT FROM KASS MANAGEMENT. Read all the other reviews. This is very important as a renter in **************** consulting your ******* tenant rights and/or tenant rights attorney when working with this company so you are prepared on all issues with which they may be neglecting responsibility as your landlord/managment company.

  ZERO STARS. I was a tenant for a couple of years with this company. They are as negligent as they come. This was not a safe environment to be in and I'm just grateful myself and my roommate will not have to deal with Kass and their company's delinquent practices any longer. The entire time I lived at this address this company has continued to give me and my roommate the runaround on completing simple work orders, been given consistent poor quality service, I've personally been verbally threatened by a senior manager, had building repair men come unannounced, and then proceed to question us on whether we lived there. On top of all that, there was a stairwell step that fell in and you could see through to the basement. The laundry facilities were always in poor shape and the were roaches in the basement. The buzzer stopped working and it prevented us from receiving important mail communications because they would not fix it for the mail carriers to access the building. We had squatters in front of our building that would block our entry and the building did nothing. One of said Sqautters left human f**** on our front entrance and the building did nothing about the biohazard. In the back they had construction create a huge hole in the concrete and it was a safety hazard for months before they fixed it. The last insult to injury is their ability to manipulate phone conversations by making false promises over the phone and then once called out on their lies; they ask for written evidence. Please at all costs avoid this company--affordable rent is not worth the mistreatment you will endure from them.

  My apartment has been pouring water on and off for the 10 days. 4 major pours. My property manager is not answering. The maintenance man tells me the plumber is coming but never shows. My furniture is getting ruined. My ceiling is extremely wet! The floors are buckling. Nets flying everywhere. Im going to have to get out of here. It inhabited and inhumane.

  This is THEE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE THEY NEVER REPLY BACK! I WAS SHOWN & PROMISED A PARTICULAR **** AND ONCE MY APPLICATION FEE WAS TAKEN THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE **** BECAME UNAVAILABLE! THE MANAGER THAT I WAS WORKING WITH *************** IS UNPROFESSIONAL IN HOW SHE TALKS TO PEOPLE AS WELL AS HER COMMUNICATION. VERY CUT THROAT NO FRIENDLINESS AT ALL. I AM STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE BACK FROM JUNE 9th 2023 VERY SAD!!!I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM ****. AND I STILL NEED MY REFUND BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.I HATE I EVEN CAME ACROSS THIS NON-INTEGRAL COMPANY.

  This company is a scam. My roommate and I had a $138 application fee each for us and our cosigners. The land lord acting as though we were a shoe in for the apartment. The property manager ********************* was so unprofessional and never communicated. Then he cancelled our application without saying why. When confronted he said it was a mistake and said he would be in touch. I havent been contacted since. DO NOT BOTHER APPLYING TO A KASS MANAGED APARTMENT. I cant even imagine living there.

  Fraudulent company - stay away. You will apply for a residential lease and after the $150 application fee they inform you that the current tenant is resigning. Makes it easier for them to collect a $150 application fee and then ignore you. ***** the property manager is unresponsive and unavailable to help. When you call the company office they will redirect you to him at which point he will send the call to voicemail. We are still waiting for a response and have a paper trail of us attempting to receive the refund for almost 40 days now.

  This company is awful and not responsive at all. We have had sewage issues in our building (******************************) the past week with no updates or sense of urgency.

  The worst management company in *******, to show you just how bad-Pangea is better. Once you sign the lease, you will never speak to a property manager again. The building I live in has had 3 different property managers (informed to ** by email) and not ONCE, since I moved in have I ever seen them or spoken with them. This is the most irresponsible and negligent company I have ever ever came across. When you live in their building, 311 or lawyers are your best friend-I would never recommend anyone move into their buildings. They are terrible.

  I am thankful I never actually had to rent with ****, but the application process warrants a 0 star review in itself. This company gives inconsistent information on their admin fees, do not properly notify potential renters that they have to withdraw their application BEFORE acceptance to avoid a nonrefundable admin fee of $650 (even if acceptance comes many days later -- ******* renters, you know how fast the market moves and not hearing from a company for ***** hours means you're probably not accepted), give conflicting information on getting a refund once you are charged, and go radio silent as soon as you follow up. I will probably never hear back from property manager RW after explaining I was never told about the admin fee, the only notice came in the last sentence of a pages-long text message attached to the application link (who applies for an apartment on their phone anyway?), and given assurance from another Kass employee I'd be refunded. It is clear this company is after potential tenants' money and is engaging in unethical practices to get there. Go ANYWHERE else, this city has so many better options.

  Thank God Im not a tenant at one of these properties. I was trying to call for a couple listings I seen online and no one ever answers the phone or emails back. So I can only imagine how they are when it comes to maintenance issues. You all need to *********** employees that are eager to do their job and answer phones for potential clients and existing tenants w issues. I can smell a lawsuit coming for this company soon based off their reviews of their negligence. Im glad Im steering away.
