      They increased rent from **** to ****.. what?! They do not take care of anything ..you wait 48 hours for maintenance service (minimum).I'm including communications because they have a revolving door of employees.. this management company is absolutely terrible! The worse. I reached out to management to let them know that I will not be renewing my lease as the increase is absolutely ridiculous for such a crappy and super outdated townhome. My basement has flooded with sewage water and they never came out to clean it! They only care about the money, not the tenants. They are showing my town home on Saturday and I reached out to let them know I will not be home on Saturday and have two dogs.. my opinion and voice have continually been unheard in this management company. I'm just happy I already forewarn them enter at your own risk. I tried warning them.. unfortunately cast management really doesn't listen to their tenants whatsoever

      They deserve no stars. Rental service is terrible we have a complaint they are ignored. I had an electrical fire I had no response or help from them due to a tenant above me they show no interest or concern and did not even come out in a timely manner to make repairs.

      Most property management companies are terrible, but this company is TERRIBLE. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Did not fix our smoke detector for months (was broken when we moved in). Wow, what a liability! They did not care whatsoever. We had one good property manager and she swiftly got replaced by quite possibly the least competent person, RW, on the planet. Phone went straight to voicemail every time. Responded to one out of every 15 emails. If you never have any problem, maybe they will be fine. But if you get unlucky enough to end up needing anything, you are out of luck. Many tenants rights organizations in the area have this company on their radar as being notoriously terrible.

      Terrible company to rent from. As a tenant I routinely got no response when asking questions about the lease and building. They increase rent by several hundred dollars every year and then wouldn't respond when I asked to negotiate ( finally got a response after a showing for my assignment was scheduled).The turnover at the company must be bad because I had three account managers in two years. Not that it matters because they never responded to my emails.Every interaction I had with **** was because and rude, I truly hope nobody rents from them. ******* would be better without Kass

      The property manager never answer the phone or call back they were trying to hold on to my keys did they are supposed to move in I moved into this apartment same day I start to see roaches and mices this is a very bad rental agency do not go through them they also have hidden fees that they don't tell you about in the beginning

      DO NOT rent through Kass Management. We have tried to contact our property manager for the past 2 MONTHS and have yet to hear back. Super simple asks being blatantly ignored. From the second we moved in, we were treated like no one had any idea we were meant to be there - we were promised prorated rent because of the issues at move-in, but of course this was never given to us. No one picks up the phones when you call. When we have had maintenance come for work, it takes about 5-6 emails/requests for someone to actually show up. Absolutely no chance we re-sign our lease, and I highly recommend that anyone else looking to rent through them looks elsewhere.

      I really appreciated the on time scheduled viewing. The property representative was very friendly and answered majority of my questions, and didnt hesitate to find out the answers to my questions. I got a nice vibe of the place and can imagine myself in the home. I hope to be able to move in and start a new beginning.

      I wish I could give this company ten zeros and an F. I am going to report them to the BBB. They are extremely unprofessional. These are slumlords. Our experience was a nightmare. There were alley rats getting into the apartment and into the refrigerator. It was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. They never came to fix anything. I really feel sorry for the next tenant that is moving into ***********************. This building needs to be reported to the ****************** Management if very rude. They brought people to view the apartment without permission. I wish I could *** them for the way we were treated.

      They constantly make me go through an application process every time I wanted to look for an apartment and every time their website doesnt work and glitches me out. I called kass management instead and its the same problem I cant get ahold of anyone! And then when I was sent a link I had to go through the same process again only this time they cancelled the showing LAST MINUTE! On my way to the showing, when they had 2 days to let me know.
