In July 2021, ****** pushed me to pay $599 for Global Authorship Certificate (Copyright). I paid his company $600 by a credit card. Later, I learned that they never registered with the government for my copyright. I attempted to contact their project manager in June 2023. They said they never received payment. I sent them a snapshot of my payment from my bank account and invoice. I tried to text him a several times without success. I called him a several times and finally talked to him. He said he needed to meet with his team and would get back to me today, but he never did. I called him again and left a message on his voice mail. He never responded to my call. If this company does not wish to give me a refund, they need to register with the government for my copyright.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I never got any reimbursement. The money never got to my bank account. The vendor recommended that I contacted the bank. The bank said the transfer number did not appear in the system and asked for a trace number. I tried to contact the project manager to obtain the trace number for the bank to identify the wiring money, but the project manager never provided one. Please see attached my bank statement demonstrating that I never got the refund from this vendor. Please keep this case open until I get the full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I made several attempts to contact *********************** at ************ that I did not receive any refunds. I also sent him a copy of my bank statement proving that I did not receive any refunds. He said I had to contact my bank. I called. They said they needed a trace number to identify any issues. I texted ***** at least twice asking for the trace number. He did not provide me with the number. Please see the attachment with my correspondence with *********************** who is the company's project manager and my bank statement. I have uploaded my bank statement twice and sent him as well. I never got the refund.

2- The attachment I uploaded is the correspondence between ***** and I. You can see your company's phone number and dates on it. Please stop denying it and putting the blame on me for non-response. I am more than willing to send you all the correspondences I have with him and old project managers. ***** pushed me to sign the legal paperwork to prevent me from litigating against your company and recognize the refund. I told him that I never received any refund, so I would not sign any.
3- ******** statement I uploaded is the same as of today. It does not show any transitions from your company. I repeatedly asked for a trace number. You did not provide me. Can you provide me with the trace number?
4- You said it was the old invoice because the service was never delivered.

*********************** Senior Project Manager at Excel Book Writing sold me on a pay per click program to stimulate sales for the i ****** $6500i invested to market my book and said by buying her per click she through her experience could generate sales of at least $40000 with a guaranteed contract by sending her $12000 which I did and the contract stated if she didnt perform the $12,000 would be refunded.When the contract expired she told me my $12000 would be refunded and gave me dates and times the payments in $6000 would be mailed. She gave specific dates and told me checks have been cut and would be sent the next with tracking numbers. She promised with her monies would be refunded. I have 5 emails from and management personnel call me or text me they have check and confirm my mailing and then tell check will be mailed today with tracking information and now after 5-6 emails no results, I now have paid Excel $25000 for their services and they not measured to any contract terms.I am a 86 year old senior now that I have swindled, scammed by Excel Book Writing and reading the reviews, I am now sure and help to report them and the 5 management team that supported *********************** fraudulent claims to **** need guidance how to collect the monies I invested. I paid excel book writing company $7500 and signed a contract which stated a 100% money back guarantee if I am unhappy with the work. Their work was horrendous and they never met my expectations so I demanded a refund. They told me it would arrive in 25 business days originally and it did not come in , I called texted and emailed asking for a response but they ignored me. so I wrote a negative review on trustpilot. They then contacted me the next day telling me to take the review down and the check will arrive in 25 business days ONCE AGAIN. I complied and waited the check never came. They are flagging my review on trust pilot instead of refunding me or giving me a call back for any follow up information. They are liars and scam artists who have scammed not just me but many people on trustpilot. I am owed $7500 per the contract I signed with them.Business Response

I hired them to help complete and publish my book and they have not did so they I was told my Book would be published and on the market to buy on June 5, 2023 and it was not made available for purchase, I was also told that the 50 books that I purchased from them would be ready and sent to me no later than June 12, 2023 and I was informed that they would not be. They have been paid in full on both parts and have not completed their part of the deal. I have contacted them and have gotten no response. *** contacted them through email phone calls and text messaging on June 5. I talked to two people on June 5 and got a run around , I havent getting nothing but run around and dead in roads with these people. I expect them to finish my book give me a apology written, and I expect something in return for all the nonsense that they have put me through. This is not good business I would not recommend them to anyone no way no how no fasten ! the client is rejecting the response because he has not received it The client also filed a complaint cause he has not received it We have responded to the complaint, and we will again respond to the rejection as we have done with the products that Excel book writing has delivered, including all the deliverables that the client has paid for. The client misplaced the book and is seeking further remedies like refund or more books, which is not justified as the company has done its part and is no way responsible for the client misplacing the book If the client is willing to bear the cost, we can send more books but other then that, it is unfair to Excel Book writing as *********** is unable to reimburse her investments as it had exhausted the budget because the work was delivered on time, the plaintiff was satisfied, The cost of her project exceeded her budget, and Excel Book Writing had to pay the remaining cost on behalf of the client and suffered a loss. On March 9, 2021 Excel agreed to publish 3 books and provide marketing in an e-mail providing a 100% guarantee for services. Over 2 years has gone by with numerous issue involving Excel's marketing. After several attempts to fix the issues, on December 28th, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** January of 2023 I was told by a different person that my request for a refund had expired, even though the work had not been completed on my project. On January 24, 2023 *********************** sent an email to me stating the team agreed to a $3000 refund to be sent to me by April 8, 2023. On April 11, 2023 I sent an email requesting an update, since the funds had not been sent (no reply). I followed up with another email asking for an update. *************************** responded stating that the finance department would be processing the check "soon". I was informed that the finance department would be processing my check in the "next couple days". After several more emails to Excel, I received another email from *************************** that the check would be sent in "next couple days". As of April 11, 2023 I still have not received a refund as promised. As a result I am submitting this complaint to the BBB that Excel fraudulently offered to provide services and did not provide the services promised. Further, Excel agreed to a settlement for a partial refund and did not follow through on that promise. I have detailed records involving my business transactions with Excel, as well as email from the company on numerous issued over the past 2 years. I submitted Excel a book that was already to publish, except for the book cover. They rewrote the book changing the font and format of the book. I expressed to *********************** numerous of times about this. They have had my book and money since June or July without producing a finish product. My book is a mess now with them and my contract said I would have a finish product by 4 months. I have ask for a refund which my contract says I can get or have with NO response from them. I'm entitled to a second book to be published but they can't get the first one right, so at this point I just want my REFUND AND CALL IT QUITS. They LIED . Many times they canceled our call appointment, the quality of their writing was ZERO. In my contract mentioned if the client is not satisfied can ask for refund. When I noticed they quality of service, and when I get frustrated with their manipulation, I asked for refund. They told me they will refound my money but just they lied. I have many emails and text from them that told me they are processing my refund but never they did. I already sent you the emails that they sent it to me that they will refund my money. They just lied and would stopped me for disbut. They just would kill time I miss my time for disbut, and I couldnt disbut. They abused my trust that I thought they will refund my money. On 2/15/22 I was looking to publish a book and was persuaded by ************************* who works for this company to purchase the elite book publishing product from this company. I was promised an authors page, type setting, etc. I paid $6000.00 which was required. The company issued me a money back guarantee promise but the problem is they never produced or fulfilled my order or any of the service suggested nor did they ever publish my book. They company has made multiple promises to pay it but it is always months later.
