I was told by their representative, ***** *******, that if they were unable to remove the targeted review within 30 days, I would be eligible for a full refund. I was onboarded by ********* Fuggay shortly after payment.Despite multiple assurances, emails, and calls over the course of six weeks, no tangible service was ever provided. I received vague updates and repeated miscommunication, with no evidence that any complaint or removal request was ever actually submitted to *******Their team also repeatedly missed scheduled phone calls and failed to deliver any updates despite repeated follow-ups from me. Most concerning is that they have not honored their stated refund policy, even after the 30-day service period expired without results or progress.I have documented email evidence of all correspondence and promises made, which show a clear lack of service delivery, accountability, and customer care.Desired Outcome:A full refund of $150 for failure to provide the agreed-upon service.A note added to FeedbackClaritys BBB profile for failure to honor refund policies and poor service transparency, so other businesses are not misled.

    We were not able to give them the access they needed and canceled service. They continued to bill after cancellation and refuse to refund.

    I purchased this service several months ago. The service told me they were going to remove 30 to 60 percent of any bad reviews we have. In the several months of doing business they removed 6. I paid 400 every month. I then told them I am done with the service. They went ahead and charged my card fraudulently stating they had a " 30 day cancellation policy" which was never disclosed to me and was against the original deal we had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Dear BBB,

    The client, ***** ****** and their company Margaritas Mexican Cantina, signed up for our service on September of 2024. They were sent the contract attached above which was signed that references a 30 day cancelation policy. On March 6th, they requested cancelation. Their payment was declining prior and we did say that we would cancel immediately and waive the 30 day cancelation. Their last bill was on 3/5/2025, day prior to cancelation. Technically, per agreement, we would be waiting for one more payment on 4/5/2025, but that was of course waived to ensure cancelation was done. So we canceled the account one day after the final bill and waived the 30 day policy as outlined in the contract they signed at onboarding (you can see the time stamp from docusign). I have attached their payment lineage from our portal to show that 3/5 was the last payment and the pattern prior.

    I subscribed to feedback clarity on a trail basis. I was told that they would access and remove feedback on ****** platforms and other platforms. I called back in October to let them know I no longer wanted to continue the trail and they stated that they would render the services. They have nothing in providing any service paid for and deliberately lied to me and continue to charge my card 350 a month ongoing for 5 months now.

    Dear BBB & *****,

    Our goal is to make things right and provide the best service possible. Upon sign up, you signed an agreement that stated cancelation would be done upon your direct email to us requesting so. This is an FTC guideline based rule that we follow, to give you a simple and straight forward way to cancel a subscription. There was no email exchanged of that and we attached all transcripts as well as the signed contract. 

    However, to make this right in our eyes, we feel like you should get a full year of free service. Thats a nearly $5k offer free of charge. This would activate at the end tail of your paid subscription. Please let us know if that would suffice as an outcome. We will also upgrade you to our review survey product, which is another $1k annual value free of charge going forward.

    10/9/2023, amount 350$ to remove ****** review from my ****** business account. They said that they are able to remove ****** reviews, even on the invoice it shows that the payment is to remove one ****** review, which did not happen, after payment they started to say, okay we will be able to remove it within 2 weeks, then after a month, they said give us 1 month, then give ** 3 month, it had been since 6 months and the review is still there, and they stop taking my calls, aftet the payment was made, their whole tone changed, and stopped being responsive and keep saying we ***** guarantee any removal, which is NOT what they to begin with, when i spoke with **** he said they guarantee ****** review removals. If I do not receive my refund, I will escalate this to consumer protection agency.

    We appreciate your concern. The package that you chose was a one time $350 charge for us to work on your negative feedback on your ****** my Business for 60 days. We typically give a bit extra and give appeals for 90 days instead of the 60. The offer, including contract signed does in fact state and is conveyed very clearly that removal of feedback is not certain for many reasons, and that ****** makes the ultimate call on whether they believe it should come down. We are similar to at attorney where we advocate on your behalf, but its never possible for an attorney to tell you what the outcome of a case would be. While we have good understanding of the system, rules and can suggest a favorable outcome, it is not something guaranteed. I am happy to extend our service through the rest of the year free of charge, roughly a $2k value for your account. Let us know and we will proceed working on making the account in better standing.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When I paid the 350$ it was for a guaranteed ****** review removal, at signing up, **** never mentioned its payment for 60 days of work, or  its not ******************.

    Especially after 60 days you said give it sometimes, you never said its payment for 60 days of work, you kept saying give it sometimes. Moreover, while you were claiming that you were working on the account, I removed you from my ****** account you didnt even notice this, or contacted me to clarifying why i removed you while working on the account, so how come you were working on this without even being authorized in the account.

    This conversation of not ****************** came into conversation after months of payment, when I asked for refund, not when I signed up with you. The same as that I paid for  60 days of work, I just heard about it in this complaint, you never mentioned it before.

    I do not want 2k$ value of work, I am asking for refund of 350$.

    A monthly fee of $175 is charged to my credit card for a bad review removal service. This service began May of 2023. the service has provided nothing for the fee charged. I have reached out to the company several times via email and phone calls with no response. I am currently trying to remove my credit card information and I am unable to do so. This company will be charging my card again July ***** and again all away with $175 in their pocket.

    you removed your card on file already via your own actions , and my team logged 2 calls to you in the last 48 hours that went to VM. To cancel services, all we need is an email requesting such. You just emailed us saying you want your card removed which was done. We have a 30 day notice cancel policy, but we will waive that. Your account will be cancelled as per your request.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I had to call Freshbooks, the company you use to charge accounts, and have the card removed. There is nowhere on your site to remove the card. 

    There were zero voice mails left on my service. When someone did return my call, she was very adamant about sending me my 30 day notice and paying a final bill!

    I would like to know what was actually done in order to receive $875 from myself in 5 months?  There were zero resolutions. I have a string of emails that say your resolution will take a few days, then weeks, then up to 3 months. After that I was offered another upper level service, at no charge, that does nothing. After 5 months of nothing there is something weird going on. 

    I want a remimbursment of this service that I was told will remove negative remarks from our ****** review area.

    I wish I could charge someone $175/month, and in good conscience, just go along with my day and provide nothing to my customer and give them a run around.  That's a SCAM.

    Dear BBB Manager,

    The client signed up for our services to remove negative and generate positive feedback for his business. For the removal aspect, our team works in the background appealing with ******* We have proof of us doing so over time. As the client was explained, there are no guaranteed results, ****** can respond denying feedback removal. That is the case with the feedback he has, it is legitimate in ******'s eyes and we cannot get it taken down. At the same time, he had the option to generate positive feedback and was given the demo of such. This is a client driven application where the client uploads contacts or their business clients and asks them to review their business. ***** did not do that and did not use that part of the feature set, it was included free of charge to him. While we understand the client did not achieve the results they want, we did provide service. Its the equivalent of refusing to pay an attorney if the case they were nominated for was not won. There is just a % chance to things that are based on chance.

    I am rejecting this response because: Nice easy way to make money off of your clients.

    You are not a Law firm so please do not compare yourself and your practices to one. 

    As far as I am concerned you are very misleading and will continue to do so. 

    You, as a company never once mentioned that you could not remove the negative response. I was given the run around month after month that it was being worked on. Every email response was the same, we are working on it. 

    If I was told that they couldn't be removed, I would have canceled at that time. 

    Being up front and honest would have been a great choice.
