    Extremely disappointed with FeedbackClarity. After two weeks, I noticed nothing was happening with my account. I called and requested a full account review. They showed me a spreadsheet with a single email supposedly sent to ****** a week prior, but with no follow-up or action taken.They promised to provide weekly account reviews and progress reports, but never delivered on that commitment. I followed up multiple times, and each time they pushed the review to next week with no real updates or accountability.There were some negative reviews we handled ourselves with our customers, yet they still tried to take credit for those results. Their involvement was minimal, and their communication was inconsistent.I clearly stated that I was canceling the service due to poor performance and broken promises, and I revoked authorization for any further payments. They ignored that and charged my card anyway, which is unacceptable.Given the lack of results, broken commitments, and unauthorized billing, I believe I deserve a full refund of what I paid. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or ethical business practices.
