      Let me start by saying I don't eat McDonald's often at all!!! I received a coffee from the location on Amarillo Boulevard east. Upon getting on i pulled the table back to enjoy my coffee. As I was nearing the end of my cup of coffee I felt a clump of something in my mouth. So I spit the coffee back into the cup only to find it was a moth. I returned to the location telling the manager on shift that I am allergic to bugs. She responded with "well im sure everyone is". As if she really didn't care. I was responded with "No, likely deathly in some situations". She then went to the back and had me fill an incident report. Needless to say, I won't be eating McDonald's anymore!!!

      If i could give them 0 stars i would. The play area there was no clean tables. I ordered a cone and it was literally a quarter above the cone and they count that as okay. I also ordered 2 plain sundaes and it was the same a quater of the cup. I paid over $6 for them just to recieve something i couldve gotten from the cone. They need to either be retrained for things or shut down. Its one of many locations that need to be.

      I placed a mobile order to my local 24- hour McDonald's the night of June 15, 2025 (shorlty after 11 PM). When I arrived, I discovered that the drive-thrus were shut down as they placed cones in the aisles. I noticed employees were still inside and I went to the drive-thru window and advised the employee that I placed a mobile order and cannot cancel it as the app said the food was already being processed. She said they were closed since 9 PM and I asked if she could cancel my order as I was unable to do so in the app. The employee went to get the manager. The manager returned and stated my order would automatically cancel the next morning and stated she thought she shut down mobile ordering at 9 PM. I told her mobile ordering wasn't turned off as I had just placed my order shortly after 11 PM. The manager was correct as my order was cancelled the next morning. However, I redeemed 6,000 points for a free happy meal in the canclled order and my points never returned. I searched google and saw on McDonald's website to allow at least 48 hours for points to return. I did just that and still not points. I called in to the McDonald's customer service number 4 times to be told that the points don't return, but I will receive a free happy meal as a reward in the app. One representative even asked me what type phone I was using, the iOS version, and the version the McDonald's app. I was also advised to delete the app and reinstall. I still did not receive my points or the free happy meal. After several days, I emailed customer service to be told the same bogus things. I even asked one representative via email to please just mail me a gift card for a free happy meal as I have received redeemable cards from McDonald's before. McDonald's please do the right thing and return my points as this is strong-arm robbery at this point. I'm not asking for $1,000,000 but only my points that were taken away from me for something that was out of my control.

      On 6/15/2025, I had a horrendous experience with my order, receiving incorrect items on three separate occasions during a 20 minute Drive Thru experience. Each time, the delivery staff exhibited a dismissive attitude towards the errors, laughing off the situation. I have time-stamped photographic evidence of these discrepancies. When I spoke with the manager for clarification on why I was being repeatedly served incorrectly, she didn't deny when I asked if this was how they treat all their customers and if this was because I was Black. I asked if they didn't want me to return, and that was met with no response. My consistent request for no onions was disregarded multiple times. After a prolonged wait of 20 minutes, during which I observed customers from different ethnic backgrounds receiving their orders promptly, the manager finally offered me complimentary items and a refund. However, this gesture was unhelpful in addressing my concerns. Its also alarming that according to ****** Reviews, other Black Americans have received the same poor experiences.The experience on 6/15/2025 made me feel extremely uncomfortable, raising fears of possible retaliation for voicing my concerns. The facilities lack of acknowledgment regarding the potential racial implications further exacerbated my discomfort. Overall, the level of service I received was markedly poor and unacceptable.

      Manager doesnt contact u back when u make a complaint i have been short on my orders with food missing also place orders on app and takes longer then a hr for food to be ready even though drive there is empty

      McDonalds in ******************** ******** the bathrooms are filthy. We were there Saturday and Sunday for breakfast womens bathroom had ants it smelled and residual of a bowel movement on the inside door of the stall I can suspect that the mens room was not much

      Recently I placed an order using the McDonalds mobile app. When I arrived to the location, the app wouldnt let process the order. So I went inside and the cashier said the order didnt go through their system. He said they are constantly having issues with the app. The employee took my order and I paid in the store. I received my order and went along my way. I was looking at my bank account and I was charged double for the order. I called the restaurant and was informed to call the corporate office. I did as he instructed. The corporate office told me to contact the store. I contacted the store and they told me to Contact the corporate office. Once again I did. Now I have been given the runaround and still no refund. I do not recommend using the McDonalds app. It has glitches in one system.

      I went into ********************** located at ************************************************************** (next to the *********) this evening to make a purchase. I went inside the store and waited for over ten minutes to be served, and no one acknowledged me. I was the only customer waiting patiently to give my order. It was not as if no one saw me standing in front of the counter. A worker in a yellow vest stood approximately four feet away and never said a word. She packs a bag for delivery pick up and turned her back to me and watched as food was being prepared. Other staff members were walking by and glanced at me standing there looking at them. The" manager" had on a red shirt, and he too looked at me and said nothing. Finally, the lady in the yellow vest yelled out "813" and turned and walked away. I was standing in front of her and another customer walked up and asked if the order was mine. I told him no. I asked him do they not take orders from inside as I have been standing here for over ten minutes, and no one has asked for my order. The blatant rudeness was more than I am willing to tolerate. I left and went to another establishment to do business. If this is the type of customer service that this particular ********************** is doing, then I want nothing to do with them.
