      On April 26, 2022 I met with ******************************* of Bankers Life concerning a insurance policy with his company and gave him check#*** for $1,907.44. On May 10 2022 ************************ returned with a policy and I spoke to him concerning all the negative publicity a few guys I work with voiced and the BBB complaints filed against his company. He advised me I had 30 days to cancel the policy. On May 13 2022 I advised ************************ I wanted to cancel the policy and he stated he would sent a email to cancel my policy. It.s been 2 months since I canceled the policy and now ************************ doesn't return my calls and Bankers life when I called them say I don't have a policy and so they can't assist me.

      I am rejecting this response because: Their response like all their others is generic and until they resolve the issue by sending me a refund in a timely manner this should not be closed. This is not good business and I don't understand with soo many complaints how this business has a good rating with BBB

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There are far too many complaints concerning their business practices and I don't understand how Bankers Life can continue to operate with such shady business practices. People buy insurance for security and Bankers Life sell insurance but refuses to life up to their end of the contract. It's time companies like this be punished for shady business practices. But money talks and they through shady insurance products have alot of money to buy off people so they can s**** those who actually believe they sell a good product!
