I have been notified multiple times by the ***. The internal revenue service that this business has made multiple unauthorized changes to my account. I notified the *** and they are starting an internal investigation into this business. Also, I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and helps of rectifying thissituation in bringing awareness to other Clients who may be utilizing this business as well. This company has been scamming people for years and committing fraud, and I am taking the correct channels to make sure that they receive every. Deserved consequence and penalty associated with the crimes that they have committed against thousands of US citizens. This company has stolen my identity and has made several unauthorized changes with the internal revenue services on my behalf. I have uploaded the original contract that was signed by Mrs. ***** on November 13th of 2023. Due to the moratorium, and the *** halting all submitted filed ERC cliams, Mrs. ***** has not recieved her sumbited tax credit. On November 10th of 204, she signed a second contract with our company that would allow our attorneys to communicate directly with the *** in hope of getting her funds released. We are still dilignetly working on her behalf to have the *** release her tax credit refund and will continue to do so. I am rejecting this response because I personally contacted the ************************ on my own behalf. Upon speaking with them, I had to file multiple documents toute false information that this company provided to the *** on my behalf. changed my business address to an address in *******, **, which is illegal as I never authorized this change, and I have never even set foot in *******. Additionally, they had approximately seven different members, listed as POA's on my account without my permission or acknowledgment. Their so-called methods of helping me are highly questionable and unethical. Where did I sign an affidavit or any document requesting these individuals to take full control over my business or information? I strongly suspect they may someone working inside the *** who is accessing my system, my data, and changing my personal information for their own benefit. Each time I attempt to contact this company to reach a civilized resolution, they either completely ignore me or respond in a snappy and dismissive manner. I possess all signed documents and proof of my request for the case to be closed, along with a statement from Mr. ******** which I quote." the issue regarding this letter, would have been taken care of by us, in literally 3 seconds as we can upload your documents straight into the *** database". Whereas this is why I believe that someone working for both the *** and this company is accessing my account. I notified the *** that I initially started with this company but requested not to proceed further. However, this company is still accessing my information without my permission and is essentially harassing me.

We have attached both of Mrs. ****** contracts. Withing those contracts is a clause that since we legally represent her as her *** filing tax firm, we have the legal authority to change her address at any time. Yes, we communicate direclty with the *** as we are a reputable tax firm registered and accredited with the ***. We undrstand Mrs. ***** frustration on not having yet received her long overdue ERC tax credit, however the *** underwent a moratorium, and has a severe backlog. Not to mention the massive layoffs that the *** recently underwent. We have made no unauthorized changes, as these changes are stipulated within our client contract. This Business is lying, that signature on those documents that they provide the BBB is not my signature. It looks as if they copied and paste something into the signature box. I have provided legal documentation to ***, and an investigation is being launched. The signature on those papers does not match the signature on my drivers license nor any other document that has been on file with *** for years! No matter what fake contract you guys type up and edit. The *** has very strict and clear rules that NO ONE is permittedto make changes on a business account unless its an authorized representative and or the BUSINESS OWNER themselves!.Im not going to continuously go back-and-forth in a ******* match with this company! if Sunrise Solutions wants to pursue a defamation lawsuit in court that just furthers proves the unprofessionalism and how low this company will grow in their personal pursuit of illegal gains. Do whatever you would like, lol I DONT SCARE EASILY!! Just know that all of your Ts better be crossed and your Is dotted. Because once an investigation is launched any fraud or illegal practices that you guys have done in the past or are currently doing will be uncovered!! As of March 17, 2025 and as of today May 28, 2025 a filed my claim with ERC guaranteed a manager name ******* ********* on these two dates has been very rude his behavior towards me and clients like me he threatened to cancel my ERC claim if I gave him a bad review I spoke to a another manager there name **** stated she confirmed that ******* ********* has been talked to about his rude behavior and threats towards his clients as I asked for executed 941x filings they signed as I have a legal right to ask for them they refused to give me what is legally mine I did get him threating to cancel my claim which legally he cant do without being power of attorney which he is not thats not his say thats the owner also I removed this firm as power of attorney a around March 18 2025 due to ******* ********* threats every time he gets a bad review and complaint he threatens to cancel our *** claims and threatens us its very unacceptable and unprofessional on this manager. I recommend you have them investigated for laundering and scams and fraud as when he threaten to mess up my filings fraudulent I take that serious I filed a police report and my new attorney I hired is now power of attorney we made sure ERC guaranteed was reported to the *** due to the threats I received back in March 17, 2025 my original review I want this matter taking seriously they deserve a F+ how they bully their clients you give them a bad review they then change their tone. *** ***** has been advised and informed several times, that according to the ***, the claim she filed is does not coincide with the previously filed docuemnts she has submitted. Because of this, the *** has not and will not proceed to process her Employee Retention Tax Credit. This is information that was provided to us by the ***. Therefore, we cannot proceed and pursue any further to assist her in any other way. She will have to speak directly with the ***, who has informed us directly, that the provided documents that were provided by Mrs. ***** are either erroneous, or fraudelent. We have also informed Mrs. ***** to please seek out an alternative tax professional and we will withdraw our representation on her case. She in turn, stated she already has a tax attorney working on her case. Those screenshots are due to ******* has only been business for 15 years. They have changed their companys name more than once if any fraudulent activity has occurred that theyre not showing any valid proof that anything fraudulent has occurred on my claim. Ive also spoken with the *** with the help of my tax attorney currently weve already sped up the process with my claim, and there is nothing fraudulent about my claim. He is just upset because he has a bad review due to his attitude and him not taking accountability as a tax professional treating your clients without a response is completely unprofessional, threatening, saying that youre not gonna get s*** is completely unprofessional mind you I have a screen recording of this person that works for your guaranteed name ******* Ive also spoken with an old employee that used to work for EC guaranteed that has disclosed that he is a terrible human being and that he does not do anything legal and legally he cant touch an ERC claim or cancel a claim without authorization hes only responding to this complaint because he knows his attitude and his poor communication and his rude behavior towards his clients weve had numerous of people, and I have a few businesses that have recorded his rude behavior. If we tell him off about his behavior, he likes to threaten us and then accuse and make it seem like that weve done fraud so because he gets a bad review then he wants to threaten and be ***** because he gets a bad review as based off his rude behavior *** is aware of it and was reported he was also reported for local law-enforcement as far as Irs Plus or whatever name that they go by there you go by three different names. They change their name when they get caught. They dont like it when legal stuff gets involved and they think that I wasnt gonna file a complaint which Im going to. Its the communication when somebody ask for specific documents and then they dont send them because they filed it and they signed it if anything if anything was done fraudulent, they should be held accountable. As a company or a tax attorney that they should know better and nothing was done fraudulent. He just wants to say something was fraudulent without valid proof and proof from the *** and approve of a response from the *** to the ************************** website without valid proof from this company which theres nothing fraudulent all my claim, hes just upset because I file a bbb.or review and he says if I dont remove it hes not gonna work on my claim and hes also done this to me over the phone. he is rude behavior. Im getting positive outcomes positive communications and my tax issues have been resolved and nothing was fraudulent so for ******* and ercguaranteed the company to sit here and make a fraudulent report and state something that is not true. I could legally sue them for slander. This is very childish and ***** for adult that is the manager his name is ******* that runs ERC guaranteed now which went downhill after he started writing Erc guaranteed because I spoke with an ex employee that used to work there and Im friends with. I already explained to me what is going on in the back end of erc guaranteed and by the way if they cancel any claim it is considered fraudulent, they can be charged for forgery so if anything, he just admitted to basically committing fraud, so the company admitted to basically talking about committing fraud by trying to cancel out my claim without my authorization lie and see its fraudulent when its not because hes upset because hes getting a review based off how hes treating his clients. I have a right to see what I wanna say and due to how he treats his clients, he had no respect when I was on the other call with the *** and my new tax attorney. As aformetnined, we do not have any futher affiliation, and have withdrawn all representation on Mrs. ****** submitted ERC file. We have since stopped all communications with Mrs. ***** due to the *** stating that her file will not be processed due to fraudelent activites. As she has menitioned, she has acquuired al alternative tax attorney, and she can attempt to refile her ERC if she so desires. Again, Im rejecting the companies response. This is a repetitive response and they dont know how to spell document. If they were professionals they should know how to spell the word document. Also, my returns. I just spoke with my tax attorney ****** ****** tax firm based in ********** and they are aware. That erc guaranteed business bank solutions is not authorized to access any of my claims and yes, they do not have to represent my claim, but my claim is not fraudulent. Its 100% legal because I have a new tax attorney that I already looked into it and spoken with the *** so anything that ERC guaranteed is stating is false and fraudulent any questions that year he guaranteed has directly they can contact me directly on a three-way call with my tax attorney and we would love to speak with EC guaranteed as my tax attorney is actively watching making sure that ERC guaranteed does not forge or do anything without my authorization and this complaint is based off the professionalism and the profanity, and the lack of communication in the rude behavior towards the client so the response that the company is giving ERC guaranteed business bank solutions is irrelevant because the main complaint is regarding the rude behavior and the profanity based off the manager of ******* so the complaint originally is based off the the huge lack of professionalism and the threats of the company erc guaranteed business bank solution threatened on canceling my claim admitting basically admitting to commit forgery to forge to request a claim cancellation without my authorization based off me filing a business bureau complaint regarding that lack of professionalism and the rude in the profanity behavior and no communications with ERC guaranteed as far as their lack of communication and when a client asked for a document that they refuse to send over to me and Ive waited for over months for a 2021 941 executed document that they signed and sent out to the *** and Ive asked him for the document numerous of times and they refuse to send me those docs now that my tax attorney from ****** ****** has already need a request to get those documents due to the lack of professionalism and the lack of communication with ERC guaranteed and the lack of professionalism and the rude and profanity behavior based off the company as their complaint, and their response is completely irrelevant based off their lack of communication and their profanity. Apologize for their actions and fix the situation by sending me the documents that Ive asked for for over a month. Obviously, they have no authorizations anymore until we get a resolution of an apology based off the lack of professionalism, the lack of communication and the profanity, and the rude behavior towards the clients, including me on how how I was treated from the manager, ******* from the company until an apology is being brought up and then they stopped making excuses. Then the issue was resolved till then the issue was not resolved until they take accountability for the behavior and the lack of professionalism and the fact that theres no communication and the fact that they want to change their tone when I bring up legal lawyers involved in law-enforcement, thats when they get a little bit skeptical and scared tells me that this is a scam firm and theyre doing something in the back end that is illegal. And a professional tax attorney or CPA firm would never ever use profanity language towards a client threatening a client if they get a bad review blackmailing them is basically what the manager ******* did through the company harassing Investor making up false allegations when my investor blocked *******, the manager from Erc Guaranteed as all documentations will screenshot it and recorded all phone calls from ******* was recorded. Theres already a case built up with the manager against the firm that has been built up to file against the firm and ******* I think that in order to get this resolved, they should just take accountability. Apologize for how theyve treated their clients, including me also sending me the forms that Ive requested numerous of times the ones that they have signed that they sent to the *** when I received those then the issue is resolved. The issue was not resolved until they take accountability until my needs are met and until they take accountability for their behavior I greatly appreciate it. I dont feel like this complaint is resolved until the company takes responsibility and accountability and stop bringing up in relevant information when my claim which they have no access to or information on since theyre not Powers and Attorny have authorization for the claim anymore and it was already resolved with my new tax attorney so theyre bringing up it is irrelevant and theyre just upset because theyre getting a bad complaint which is truthful into the best of my knowledge 100% honest complaint that I made against the company until they decide to take accountability and apologize for the lack of professionalism, the lack of communication and the use of profanity language towards their clients and threatening their clients and blackmailing their clients. And other clients that you had guys have treated poorly also, I like my hundred dollars refunded back in a form of a check based off your guys lack of professionalism. They also have a statues where they have to refund $100 if they do not take representation anymore and I have to switch representation which I did switch representation Also, they need to communicate on that as well which they have not basically that committing theft. They have to refund and they have to send over my 941 executed, signed docs and an apology fraud apology from the company, taking accountability from the managers poor behavior that as well,Thank you. The only way that this is gonna be resolved is when they apologize to taking accountability further actions they contact me and they refund me the hundred dollars that is refundable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time with this fraudulent business! They are , absolutely , without a shadow of a doubt, 100% a scam business! I have set up a claim with them last year early February to apply for my ERC credit and was given an agent who didn't even speak English , let alone know what she was doing* She continually filed my paperwork wrong and after much error i had to have it escalated to the "manager" Orlando * He finally calculated my total amount and upon doing so, said i have to pay a 100$ filing fee and will receive a package via email explaining how I received my total amount* MONTHS LATER, while waiting , i asked for my closing paperwork which i was to receive that day, just for ********* to tell me that I wont be receiving my ERC amount, which the *** already calculated and gave back to them after they sent in my paperwork! Even as strange as that is , i asked for a refund of the 100$ since they for some reason cannot move forward in the process anymore (even after having done so and received my amount from the ***), ******* has told me several times over the past 3 weeks he will issue it back to me* I have yet to receive my 100$* This company has robbed me blind me of ERC credit i am certain! We finally received a return call from this person. She is not a client. She works for someone who filed with us and she has been contacting a wrong phone number and wrong email address. She is an assistant in the company. When My Team "*******" spoke to her today, she agreed to remove the complaint as it was due to her own mistake and not on our side.
