    Terrible firm when you apply they dont answer back and when you file a bad review they threaten you and get nasty calling anyone a fraud when you give them a bad review they file fraudulent claims

    If I can give them zero stars I would do not go with this firm and Ill explain why my files were all doing legally they have a employee name ******* ********* he is the rudest employee thru this firm I have a recording of him threatening to cancel my ERC legit claim all because I filed a 1 star review he bullies us clients if we give him a bad review he threatens to mess with our ERC claims and threatens to cancel them very unprofessional he also threaten cussed at me said you aint getting s*** and then threatens to block me after I fine the complaint I believe the poor communication him threatening to mess up my life financially by threatening to cancel my claim I had to contact the irs and have a new attorney as a power of attorney protect my claim due to ******* ********* threats over a bad review this is not the first time ******* has been very disrespectful and has done this they need to let him go based of his behavior and poor communication I have a recording of him threading I asked him nicely I had another call he had zero respect on my time but I asked him since he had time to call send my 941x executed docs that they signed his behavior was rude threats cussing me out all that yet he claims hes done irs claims for 15 years no one in a firm talks this way when if they have 15 years experience he took credit of *** a ex employee who filed my claim and did everything well if anything they should bright him back as a employee he was the only employee that did great there and now that he isnt there this firm went down hill bullying their clients when we ask for communication they give excuses and threats I personal will say based on my experience its true and not a form of slander or defamation due to having voice recordings of ******* is unacceptable behavior my new attorney already removed them as power of attorney so they wont be able cancel my claim or cancel it since they were removed last month I want a apology from the owner ****** on this matter

    The reasons why Im giving a one star review is based off the communication until that is corrected and I get an apology from Orlandos behavior and rude behavior towards his clients that includes me from today I greatly appreciate that as the lack of communication is not normal for a firm and he was extremely rude to me when asked a question about my retention credit claim, and I dont appreciate the rude behavior and him brushing the opposite side. I think thats very disrespectful as I asked for a callback and now whenI call back to ask for a callback after to file a complaint now nobody wants to give me a call back so this is why Im giving one star review until there is better communication with the company once I get communication Ive sent emails and Ive not gotten any responses back. I sent an email back on March 13 asking for a response and no response. The lack of communication is ridiculous and Id like that to be addressed and corrected and fixed I will gladly delete this one to review and give five stars once the issue is resolved in corrected thank you and I get an apology and communication
