Nationwide tax took my money and withdraw an additional $250.00 out of my account. I received a letter today saying that my bank account is being levy. What have you all done to help me and why am I getting this letter? You all have done nothing to help me.

I typically feel quite anxious when tax season arrives, but last year was the first time I felt positive about the whole experience. We have dealt with this company for well over a year and had a stretch of about 5-6 months that we could not reach anyone and paid over ******* to them for a 100% guarantee that we would be approved for a service thru the *** and they didn't file the correct paperwork and had the incorrect signatures on the documents. We finally ended up having to hire another tax company and will end up paying another2500.00 to be able to get out tax debt taken care of. Don't hire ****** ******, he will take your money and get nothing accomplished.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC

I received a notice for tax services and assumed the notice was from the ***. I called and gave my info for 1st payment of services. I then decided against their services after reviewing the initial first notice sent in the mail. There was barely an address attached to it. I called Nationwide to refund my 1st payment, but could not contact them afterwards because their phone number would not allow for me to call them back. Please do not allow for this so called business to handle your taxes. If you contact the ***, they will give you the same type of financial options for paying down a tax debt legally! . I have also noticed more spam messages texted to me and more notices in the mail (email and physical mail) from questionable third party services. A claim was made to one of my health insurance providers for medical services I did not have. It appears that a clients information is given to others to hack into your accounts. As could be expected, I am very stressed about this and might need to contact the authorities.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC
