Nationwide Tax Care greatly helped us with our sales tax audit. They were easy to work with and clearly explained all the complex issues we faced. I recommend them to anyone needing assistance with reporting, audits, or even just general questions. They are always ready to help. I still call them if I have any questions.

I received a letter from the **** of Kansas stating that my wages will be garnished. I started this process with Nationwide in August of 2024 and I received the garnishment notice in December 2024. I sent TWO emails regarding a refund since services were not provided and now my wages will be garnished. I kept receiving multiple emails about submitting paperwork that I had already submitted. Previous to requesting a refund, they were responding to all of my emails. I only paid $186 to use their services but never received information about additional payment needed to actually handle the balance, this company is definitely a scam.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC

I received a letter in the mail from this company regarding tax debt. I spoke with a lady and told her I would rather work with the state on this matter. I then received a call from a very rude guy who kept insisting they could help and it wasn't a scam. I hung up and he called back 7 additional times from two different numbers. I told him I thought this was a scam and he told me "You're going to royally s**** yourself and I hope you do!". He then hung up. He had told me several times to check their BBB reviews. Now that I did, I see nothing but bad reviews.This is no way to speak to someone you want to "help". If the harassment continues, I will involve an attorney.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC

If I could give zero stars I would. They used to be a good company but not anymore. Do not use them to do your taxes! ****** ****** does not know what he is doing and he will get you in trouble with the **** Also, he will lie to you and then make himself unavailable so that you cant find out what hes done. He doesnt return phone calls or respond to emails. I have received numerous letters from the *** this year for various reasons because of ****** ****** and his incompetence. Started the process in April 2024, was given the wrong information from the beginning. As time went on couldnt get my case manager ******* to answer or return calls. Out of the blue in November ******* got an email from a ******* that I had never heard of saying she submitted a payment plan. Never received confirmation or denial of an offer even though I was told many times that I qualified for the program. By November 19, 2024 I was set up to start paying more than the original amount within 30 days. Left messages and emailed to which I was told they could pull the payment plan and issue me a refund. Of course after I said yes do that I can now not get in touch with anyone or get any type of response. Worst experience ever! Do not waste your time or money.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC
