    I am writing to urgently seek assistance regarding a charge of $1,904.00 from ETax Planner, a fraudulent tax service provider that has caused significant distress. ETax Planner engaged in illegitimate tax filing practices, including fabricating information on documents I never provided. They lured customers with attractive low tax estimates and multiple cold calls, only to demand full payment upfront without allowing document review.Despite claiming to be based in *******, financial transactions with ETax Planner are processed in *****, and their analysts operate from undisclosed locations in a different time zone, likely somewhere in ****. They missed the *** deadline of April 15, 2024, and provided incorrect documents after the deadline, causing me to engage another CPA to file an extension.They responded to my email only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. However, even then, they only shared my Federal Tax extension copy, omitting my State Tax extension. This omission forced me to take additional steps to ensure my state taxes were properly extended.Furthermore, their poor response to follow-*** and failure to meet *** deadlines added to my frustration. ETax Planner misled customers with hidden terms and conditions not mentioned in the payment link, leaving me deeply concerned about the potential compromise of my personal information, including my Social Security number.In summary, ETax Planner's deceptive practices, including their misleading claims, hidden terms, fabricated tax information, and dubious business operations, have caused significant distress and potential harm. I urge you to take immediate action against ETax Planner to protect other consumers from similar fraudulent activities.

    Constant cold calling even after telling them to put me on DND list. In 1 week, getting multiple calls from the same person "*******" calling to talk about taxes, and collect personal information.

    I paid $1200 for a simple tax return in itemized filing. Last year, the tax agent messed up taxes and forgot to file taxes for over 4 months. I requested an apology and they apologized in December. In January, I came to know that they still didnt file and I had to pay additional penalties and fees due to them. When 2023 tax return season started, they reached back to me so I asked them to file taxes for free since they messed up last year taxes. But regardless they didnt consider and wasted my 2 months. In the month of August, they said that I didnt provide the **** document. They just sent an email only once and kept waiting for my response which I missed due to spam folder. But these guys never bothered to call me or follow up at all. Then finally they had the ****. They filed my taxes in Aug/Sep and I kept calling every 2 weeks to ensure they didnt mess **. In Oct, they said I owe IRS tax. They made paperwork showing Id get $4500 refund but IRS sent me a letter for $3500 + penalties and fees totaling $4800. They gave mixed statements. I paid $4800 that day. Next week, I called them to ask where my refund for ********, *************** was and they said I should see it soon in my bank. Its November today and ******** state tax department denied any tax return document being submitted by my tax agent. I need justice and they need to pay my fees and penalties for messing up my taxes. They charged me ***************************************************************** false hope.They charged you ten times more than what you normally pay tax agents just to give you false hope. Even if they refund your $120 for courtesy, it wont help you as you are losing a lot of dollars due to their mistakes in fees and penalties. You requested multiple times to be connected to the Tax CPA, but they never connected you.have been emailing Anil and the process team every few weeks, but you keep receiving different statements from them.

    We used E Tax Planner to file our taxes this year. After providing them with all of the relevant documents to file the returns, they came back with an estimate of the amount we were getting back from the *** which was a nice amount of cash so we decided to go with them. They charged ** $696 to do the taxes which we were fine paying. The problem was that we had to pay them before they sent ** any of the tax documents they prepared. So after we paid them they sent ** the returns they had prepared but they omitted the Schedule 1 and Schedule E that they had done which had over $23,000 in deductions. We repeatedly asked them for the Schedule 1 and E so we could see the breakdown of the deductions they had put on the returns but they kept saying they would and wouldn't send it. After calling and emailing the company multiple time a day, for days, they sent the requested docs. In reviewing the schedules we noticed a foreign rental property on the schedule E! The worksheet included losses and deductions for that rental property, which is not ours! The address is totally fabricated! This is when we realized that we were getting money back because they falsified a rental property on our returns!When we saw this we reached out to them right away to get this issue straightened/resolved. The tax reps that we spoke with kept saying what they are doing was legitimate and a lot of people do it. They did not seem to care that fabricating a client's tax returns to get them money back was fraud. After calling them out on the fraud they got very rude and unprofessional! We threatened to report them to the BBB and *** which didn't seem to bother them either. We have asked for our money back because they falsified our returns and put ** at risk and now we have to go with a CPA to rectify the mess they deliberately made but haven't had much luck trying to get the refund. We are looking to get the money we paid them back because they did not file the taxes correctly and now we have to pay the *** money back with additional money we will end up owing on the returns and also pay a CPA to rectify this mess.Screenshots of some of the communication and tax filing receipt is included. We can provide additional info docs like the schedule E if needed. Please let ** know if we need to provide any other documents.

    We looked im the matter and has done refund as per client request. Client promised ** to remove this review. We take care of service seriously and if we fail we do best to make easy for our clients
