    E- tax planning is an excellent team to work with - They are very professional, friendly, organized , responsive. Very happy to be associated with them. They own the tax preparation and do it diligently. They are reliable and I recommend this group to all of my friends.

    Etax planner called me multiple times for their business and said free estimation. but they charged my card without my approval or signed consent. I never authorized them to file my taxes. when i tried to dispute it, they claimed sending the estimate was confirmation which is completely misleading. i would not recommend this services based my experience with unauthorized billing.
    Moreover they keep call with different diffrent spam calls and no person is responsible to answer once you take the services.

    I recently had an unsettling encounter with E Tax Planner that raised serious doubts about its legitimacy. The lack of transparency, dubious communication practices, and absence of verifiable reviews have left me highly skeptical.

    Pathetic service. They filed my tax returns incorrectly. Partly the fault is mine, because i missed one of my wife income sheets. But they should have caught it as i have mentioned it in their questionnaire about both of our incomes. its fine we filed the taxes wrongly. I wasnt upset by that too. But i received underpayment of taxes from the state. The money i had to pay was huge as i already paid the taxes. ************* from these guys was pathetic. i am constantly trying to reach them to understand what was the problem and they are not giving any attention whatsoever. i was ready to pay more to sort the issue, but they never really cared. They got their initial filing fees and thats about it. Please dont trust this guys. They dont deserve our attention.

    BEWARE its a SCAM. They would give you a highly inflated estimated return even when you don't make much. And then ask you to send hundreds of dollars as a small portion of your thousands of dollars of return.
