My son texted me and said someone from this number was trying to contact me. I called and was told I had judgements against me for a payday loan I knew I wasnt going to pay! I advised that my identity was stolen and I was judgement proof! He hung up! He never answered who he was!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have no idea what this was from! I wasnt living at that address in 2015 and was homeless at the time they said this went through! This man was very intimidating and very rude and abrasive! My next complaint will be to the consumer protection board! Even though I advised him my identity was stolen he was still abrupt and hung up in my face! He needs to be held accountable.

I am rejecting this response because: the phone number is ************** and the guy I spoke with was rude and abrasive. He said in 2015 I took out a payday loan and never paid it back! I told him I never did that nor did I use my old address in 2015. I was homeless. I also told him my identity was stolen and this is why I have a block on my credit now. I no longer wish to hear from them as I am judgement proof and own nothing of value.

I receive numerous calls from these numbers or requesting to call these numbers. They call my previous employer, even though i have not worked in the department for over 6 years. They attempt to get my social security number and other personal information. They threaten and harass, yet cannot communicate any legal reason for the call or substantiate any reason for the call. When searching the reverse number, they are using Peerless Network. Either Peerless network is calling or allowing scam artists to use their service and spoof numbers in an attempt to get my personal and financial information. I constantly get scam calls from numbers owned by this company. I have reported them numerous times to the company but they still continue to happen. Peerless knows their numbers are being used for scams and refuses to act on the complaints or the companies using their number to do illegal phone calls. I feel I may have been hacked or scammed in some way. I've had to cancel my bank card and order another. I've called this number that is associated with the charge. *************). However it appears to be a VoIP number or something else. I get a recording that says I am not allowed to be part of this meeting. I can get no information on why I was charged $200 at all. Every day we receive numerous scam / robo calls from VOIP numbers administrated by Peerless Network. These calls come from area codes all over the country but all display as Peerless Networks. Over the past several months, our robo scammers appear to be using Peerless almost exclusively.I have read many of their meaningless boilerplate responses and reject them all. I am rejecting this response because:I have already provided Peerless Networks with various numbers at 2 different times as recent as this week. They are waiting on nothing. They certainly have done little to stop the flood of spam/scam calls originating from their network.
Peerless Networks and all associate spam numbers are being reported to the *** FCC and FTC DNC violation systems.
