  Within the past week, I have received a score of phone calls from near-identical phone numbers that all can be traced back to Peerless Network, this from *****Pages.com. When checking the ******Pages as to the 'owner' of the number, the ***** Pages states "No Owner Found" indicating the number calling me is created by Peerless Network itself.The calls leave no message, have no spoken voice, and hang up after 10 seconds. Likely, these are to determine IF there is an active phone line to sell my (or your) number to an active and illegal robocaller service.There is an already existing Cease-and -Desist order from the **** dated March 17, 2023. The order by the *** is in direct response to Peerless Network's active and willful participation in illegal ******** services. One just needs to type "*** Peerless Network" to find the .pdf letter sent.It cannot be said that operations by Peerless Review are suspect. No, it must be stated that their operations are quite illegal and need be shut down.PS: I had to leave a '1' star review as that is an apparent minimum...

  STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No idea how they got my info, but Peerless Network is confirmed as the carrier; here is a cease and desist from the *** fyi: *************************************************************************************************************** ; "March 17, 2023 CEASE AND DESIST DEMAND VIA EMAIL TO: atlantaregulatory@ticket(....)Peerless Network, Inc. J*** ********, CEO ************************************************************************************ c/o *******************, Registered Agent We have determined that Peerless Network, Inc. is apparently routing and transmitting illegal robocall traffic, directly or indirectly, for entities involved in the following campaigns:" (too long to list)...."More specifically, our investigation revealed that Peerless Network, Inc. apparently routed and transmitted illegal robocalls, as set forth in Attachment A.The ************************ (***) works closely with USTelecoms ************************ (ITG), which is the registered industry consortium selected pursuant to the TRACED Act to conduct tracebacks.1 Between January 7, 2021, and February 1, 2023, ITG investigated 79 prerecorded voice message calls that law enforcement, voice service providers using honeypots (i.e., unassigned numbers held by providers to detect illegal robocalls), and customers of YouMail had flagged as illegal robocalls made without consent of the called party.2 ITG conducted tracebacks and determined that Peerless Network, Inc. routed and transmitted the calls. ITG previously notified you of these calls and provided you access to supporting data identifying each callincluding a recording of the illegal robocallas indicated in Attachment A. Further, the numerous traceback notices directed to Peerless Network, Inc. indicate that you are apparently routing and transmitting illegal robocall traffic knowingly. IF YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THESE ACTIVITIES, THEN YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST FROM ENGAGING IN THEM."

  Several calls a day, every day! I don't want to hear they are a "telecommunications network". This company is doing business with customers to get around the "Do not call registry" giving them verified numbers, and allowing persistent unwanted won't take no and stop calling for an answer. This company needs to be shut down for absolving themselves of any responsibility simply because their LLC Isn't making the calls. It's been over a year of this! This is harassment, it's a scam by not only the party calling, but by this company. Not only do they call early, but super late as well! One was at 9:15pm! How come we as people who put ourselves on the registry, say stop calling, pay for our own phone plans, have to deal with this. Cease and desist do nothing, They claim they need the number I will not- so ypu can jeep selling it making a profit?! Manage ypur business and follow FCC guidelines instead of profiting off people's misery! You don't need my receiving carrier to initiate traceback procedures, they can see the harassment. A class action needs to be brought against this company. They are liable, as much as they want to wash their hands if this.

  This company has been calling me more than a dozen times a day, it's a nightmare...if the calls keep coming I'm calling the ****** They should be of ashamed of themselves... Selling my number to Predators.

  EVERY scam call I get is through this network. Not even just most. EVERY SINGLE ONE. And theres not even anything we can do about it. I hope this company goes under. But with the money they get from scammers, I doubt they will.

  I've been receiving spam calls and texts for months. I'm on the national do-not-call registry and have asked the callers to stop calling multiple times. The company name provided is not a registered business and the only traces of it are a webpage, no names of people or brick and mortar location. I got this information in less then 10 minutes, you should be vetting clients beforehand because it seems that all your clients are scammers based off of my experience and the other reviews here.

  This company is fraudulent. Selling phone numbers to scammers who in turn aggravate the citizens of *******! Put this company out of business! This company does not even rate one star.

  Its no surprise that ****% of robo and slam calls come from numbers provided by this company and its subsidiaries. Dont let them fool you, they are fully aware of what they doing is immoral and are directly in violation of cease and desist order by FTC. And dont sign up for their do not call list thats just another ruse to mine data.

  This company is responsible and supports spam calls. They knowingly provide a way for spam and scams. Peerless does not care as long as the customer pay them, they will look the other way while people are being harassed. If you call the customer service department the first thing they state is that they do not support spam calls and take the do not call very serious. That is an clear admission that they know what their company provides. No other telecom company has to state that message in their introductory. This company is wrong and should be banned.
