    I HAVE REQUESTED TWICE NOW TO HAVE MY ***** DELIVERED AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE ***** RESENT!

    This order was shipped using the address provided by the customer; however, we remain unsure why it was being "Returned to Sender". The customer was not charged and was provided shipping credits for the hassle to be used on a future order. Additionally, this order was received successfully after all / proof of delivery provided (attached).

    This company has to have ZERO customer services. I have tried email, chat forums, multiple times about canceling my account. My account has been on hold as to not paying for the next prescription order. I no longer needed their services and the email notification I got stated my account was on hold until I renewed. However, they still charged me $33.55 for renewal without my authorization charging my card without authorizing removing the hold on my account. I just want my money back and account canceled. They should notify potential customer that they have ZERO customer service as I have tried to get this resolved for 3 days with no response via chat or email. Unacceptable.

    We are happy to resolve this issue with the customer and provide a refund. Our records show he did not pause or put his account on hold prior to the order processing on Sunday July 23rd, and an email notification was provided on July 20th providing notice that the order was due to process in the coming days. We also do not see 3 days worth of outreach in hopes of cancelling ahead of the order processing -- all outreach from the customer was on Sunday, July 23rd through the various channels offered. It is less than *********************************************************************************************************************************************** transit. We hope this is a satisfactory resolution as he will be receiving a refund and the order, and it is verified that his account is on hold and will not become active unless he makes that adjustment himself. Attached is a screenshot showing all outreach from the customer was from yesterday/within 24 hours (not 3 days). 

    We request that BBB closes this dispute so it does not blemish the company's stellar record of satisfying its customers.

    I just wanted a refund for something i no longer needed and it hadn't shipped yet so I request a refund to avoid an overdraft in my checking account but after I asked for one it had magically shipped and couldn't be refunded

     Customer was refunded on 12/27/23 which should show up on his end within 1-3 business days. Additionally, he was provided credit on his account to be applied to a future order should he choose to leverage it.
