I asked for my Bluchew account to be deleted. They asked me to reply to the email with a confirmation of cancellation. Which I did, but they are ignoring it. Each time i contact the support chat, they ask me the same thing, replying to the email. They are basically giving me the runaround. They are refusing to delete my account. I set up an account with this **********************, they sent me a couple months worth of pills and all was good. Someone hacked my account and they shut my account down. Now they have my money and information and won't talk to me. Everytime I go on the site to cancel it says my account is under review and I can't make changes. They continue to charge me with no pills in return. I think they should refund my money and they should allow me to close that account with all my information and credit card numbers. They continue to keep me logged out of the account and won't let me cancel. They say you can cancel anytime , no question. But for me, that's not the case . They won't allow me to cancel and they kept all my credi card information and personal information. I would like to have my money back and my account canceled they refuse to do that....Business Response

Customer was only charged two orders and was responded in a timely manner to each and every query he sent in.
Based on the information provided to BBB, customer is requesting a refund of $150 despite paying a total of $91.38 between two orders that were both successfully delivered to his address on file.
He also successfully removed his own payment method from his account on March 30th prior to another order going through, and had been put on hold by the support team on March 28th due to the concerns regarding having more than one email address tied to his account. He never stated he was hacked and the team was supportive and helpful, and the orders
March 4th order delivered successfully to the address on file and charged $75.53

I ordered one of their products for the first time on March 19th, 2024. I checked tracking a few days later and my order was being returned to sender. I emailed them and they asked me to send my address so they could resend the package. I sent them my current address and the next day I was sent a copy-paste email asking me for the address again. This has happened 3 times and every time I have responded to them with my address. I attempted reaching out to support but the bot on the website didn't answer. There are no emails or chats coming from this individual to provide when searching by the email address provided. We were able to locate the matching email address and personally identifiable information to an account that was never approved, and the pending charge as shown in the image provided was voided (never went through).
We ask BBB to ask for further evidence from the customer as the image provided only showed a pending charge and no prescription nor delivery was ever approved for this individual, and no charges actually went through.Customer Answer

The first order placed was not delivered as both parties expected and a refund for the $5.00 in shipping cost was provided -- he paid $0 otherwise for this order. The pharmacy successfully fulfilled the order and handed it off to the carrier, DHL, but it was not delivered and a refund was provided.

My husband passed away tragically on October 21, 2023. After his passing I started receiving packages for a prescription from "Med's Health LLC". Not being familiar with this company, I opened the package. It was a prescription for something similar to the little blue pill. Needless to say any prescription, let alone one like this isn't really useful post mortem. I called the number on the package to speak to the prescriber that was listed to let them know the situation. The prescriber tells me that they are not able to cancel the prescription because there is a subscription through blue chew. Doesn't make sense to me so I re-search Blue Chew for a phone #. There wasn't one. The website instructed me to send an email. So I did. I have been going back and forth since the beginning of December and it is now January. I was told my problem was getting escalated and never received a response. I have followed up many additional times to try and resolve this. I even sent his obituary as we do not have the final death certificate yet. There has been no resolution yet. I followed up again today and received a generic customer service response telling me that they cannot find my account with my email despite telling them the situation. Every time this comes up for follow up again I get upset. This is repetitively injurious to me and my healing process. I just want this fixed! Awful customer service.Business Response

Non-patient (Wife) reached out on December 5 (ticket #*******), she confirmed patient identity info on Dec 7th, the account was placed on hold on Dec 9th, and was permanently canceled thereafter. Unfortunately due to privacy concerns the company is not authorized to discuss patient info with a non-patient; however, emails were sent to the patient who we understand to be deceased. If she were able to access those accounts she would see that no further charges or orders would go through which we understand *** not have been possible for her given the sudden passing. We extend our condolences and she should know no further charges will come through as her outreach to the company was effective.Customer Answer

DHL acknowledged shipment delays but the prescription order was still on its way. The BlueChew Support team offered credit for the shipping but the customer was irate and had already stated he disputed the charge with his CC provider, in addition to using profanity and insulting the Service reps, which caused additional challenges in providing further support beyond ensuring the customer that his order was on its way.Initial Complaint

This company gave me a free trial. The card I signed up with was locked and no transactions were allowed to go through. Since the account was locked their multiple attempts to charge my card did not go through and the account wasnt charged after the free trial period which meant the account wasnt renewed and cancelled. However weeks later they tried again and some how got a transaction to go through. I immediately contacted them and they said since I was charged they couldnt stop it. I asked them how they charged me and why and they offered no reasons or explanation. The order wasnt even processed yet and yet they told me they couldnt stop the shipment. I explained and asked them to ship it to the correct address. They refused and escalated the situation by then it was too late and my account was already cancelled and they gave me store credit. I dont want their product or their credit. I found on multiple websites everyone is unhappy with their business practices. Id just like my money 21 dollars back. And we can move on. I never received their product and tried to prevent this situation but they wouldnt listen.Business Response

Bluechew charged me 30 dollars for overnight delivery that ended up being late. When I contacted the support live chat, some lady named ******************* me a bunch of bot like responses, and said if my overnight delivery doesnt arrive by 11/13 (A MONTH LATER) then they can look into a solution. These people are crooks and there are PLENTY of competitors that are better options. This will be my last month with them. Dear BBB,
This customer received his package on 10/12/23 (it was shipped overnight on 10/11/23) and *** missed a scan. Our company representative accidentally typed 11/12/23 when she meant 10/12/23 and this created frustration and confusion.
The customer has since realized that our company sent the order in time and *** indeed dropped the package off as a successful overnight package despite *** missing one of the scans. We believe the customer sent this BBB complaint in with the period of time that the package was in overnight transit and hope they can remove the negative review.
See screenshot showing the customer states, ***** (***) originally said they were never provided the package, and that it was on you guys (BlueChew). Turns out they (***) missed a scan. Sorry for the trouble."
