  I placed an engine order through LKQ ******** for my 2014 VW Passat. The engine was initially delivered to the wrong address due to an internal error, even though I had provided the correct one. I contacted LKQ to fix the issue, which they did. Later, my mechanic determined the engine was incorrect (his error), so I arranged a swap through LKQ.I was assured a new engine would be delivered, and the old one would be picked up. Despite multiple follow-ups, the engine was never delivered. I personally visited both LKQ ******** and *************. Staff at ******** (******) said he had emailed the relevant team multiple times with no response. Grand Prairie still had the wrong address in the system and mentioned someone named *** placed the order, whom Ive never dealt with.I was told a manager would email me and that the engine would arrive the next morning. That never happened.Desired Outcome:Immediate delivery of the correct engine to the correct address.A formal apology for the miscommunication and delay.Compensation or partial refund for the inconvenience and costs caused by the extended delay.

  Bought an engine for $5000. When the engine arrived, it was no good. I tried to return the engine and they told me that the heat tap was melted on the engine. The heat tab was not melted. You can still read LKQ clearly. These people are frauds and scammers. Do not buy anything off of these people

  Check everything you want to buy that is very important especially engines and transmission roll the main over and check for locked up converter. They get something returned and will put it back in the yard for someone to buy I was the revvinue and dismantling supervisor at Edgewood and I had been there 3 years going on 4. When some new young men started and didn't like that I operate old school I was taught to run a loader by a man that grew up running a lever system and no electronics to show you level just the feel and your eyes and how big your balls were to push that equipment to it's maximum ability. Anyway I was let go Bec never having been written up or having a negative mark proven or given they said my cursing was hostile and the employees were upset and didn't like being talked to that way my production was higher my first year then every yard and my fluid collection almost perfect but my catalytic recovery was roughly 58 per day so 1100 a month at 110-200 each yeah national average was 37 but I was let go lol no backbone mow a day on and the accusers were caught stealing and using drugs and failure to show up soon after within 90 days funny right

  I had some Turbos Ordered and they were stated to arrive next day... 2 weeks later I still have not received my parts.... I was given a day and time of expected delievery.... and never recieved

  Bait and switch pricing online
  Very rude customer service
  Charging core prices that are double the value of the actual part
  I’m a long time customer and I’m done with these guys
  No stars for you and I think your new business model will put you out of business

  If I can give no stars that would be the preferred rating. I purchase a seat and had it listed as pickup. Waited four days and did not hear back from these folks if the seat was ready for pick up. Finally called to check on pick up status and was told that the order was cancelled due to failing inspection. They couldnt even reach out or notified me that the order was cancelled? So, we decided to look for another seat and was told that I would be notified when the seat is ready for pick up (given date/time frame). Again, they failed to notified me of any status change or updates to this purchase item. I has To initiate the call and figure out wtf was going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone or to buy used parts from here again.

  Do not buy from them. Ordered a tail lamp assembly with picture of said assembly shown. They sent 1 piece. I contacted them and was on hold for 20 minutes to be told I had to buy both pieces. Though the description says assembly. They should better word how they are selling things. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there not available. They wouldn't let me hold for one.

  buyer be ******* purchased a 2017 honda pilot radio receiver for over $600 The description and two sales representatives confirmed it was what I wanted. they sent me a dvd player, i contacted them they said I ordered an amplifier even though the description and price was for a radio they said I needed to pay to return the dvd player and that the part number was for an amplifier so they would send me amplifier and they would be keeping the $500 differenceI wish i had looked them up before !

  Bought a 360 Magnum. After 1176 break in miles something let loose I called LKQ and they picked the engine up free of charge.After about a month I had absolutely no correspondence with LKQ since reporting the issue. After about a month R&L pulled up in front of my house. Driver gets out a says I got an engine for you. He proceeded to take the engine off the truck. I signed the receipt for the delivery. Not one cent out of my pocket. Thank you so much LKQ.Happy customer here ????

  Do not, Do not, Do not do business with this company. I ordered a mirror assemble for my car and it came damaged so I called the company and they sent me another mirror assemble. This time it was the wrong color, so I called again and the lady said they don't guarantee color. If I have to have it painted why would I order a used mirror? I guess it is my problem that the customer ********************** representative ordered the wrong color...
