In September of last year I spent almost $2000 on electric bike from this company. The bike came with missing parts and was falling apart. When I approached the company about this, they sent me a couple of the missing parts but not all. Within 100 miles one of my tires completely blew out With no puncture of any sort. I understand things happen but for the last nine months, I have been going back-and-forth with this company because the rear tire wheel will not come off my bike no matter the effort that I put in. I have hired two separate Bike companies to come and help me and they will not Force the tire off because the bike is damaged around the tire. With less than 100 miles this bike has completely bent around the tire and it will not come off so now it is a 70 pound paperweight in my house. This company has told me repeatedly That theres nothing wrong with the bike even though I have many videos of me showing them the issue with the bike. They have ignored me over and over and over and over again and just keep sending me a video of a functioning bike having its tire removed. My bike is not functional because as all the videos I have sent to them show the fork is bent around the s**** in the tire will not under any circumstance come off. I would like for them to come get this piece of junk of my property & either issue me a refund or replace the bike with one that isnt destroyed upon my receiving of it

I ordered ************ parts for a customer from **************************. He rides a specific e bike model and needed some replacement parts. After placing my order, I received an email stating that I had earned 140 customer loyalty points. I did not receive a confirmation email of my order.I emailed the company and asked for a confirmation email or a tracking number. I received a response stating."Hi ***********,Thanks for shopping at Senada Bikes!About the brake lever and kickstand you've ordered, it is for Senada bikes only.We are unable to find your order record that is related to a Senada bike, could you please send us the order number of your bike, so that we can confirm this brake lever and kickstand order and send you the corresponding parts?Thank you for your kind understanding, waiting for your reply!"The requirement to attach my order to a purchased bike was not part of my ordering process. They did however, take my money. I made my purchase through PayPal. I have requested a refund through PayPal.
