    Bought 2 bikes. Had problems from the beginning with delivery of a bike that was damaged. After months of trying and 2 new bikes as well as new parts for the broken ones. 2 new controllers, new bike rack, new brake disk, painting the scratched areas. I have now owned the bikes for about 1 1/2 years. Now a new problem with one of the batteries. Cuts off about 6 to 10 miles or when the first light goes out on the battery charge indicator. Trying to trouble shoot. I tried to switch the batteries to see if the battery was the issue. Come to find out that the pins on the batteries are different. Mind you I bought 2 exactly alike bikes. The bike has a whopping **** miles on it. Contacted Senada only further to say I need to buy a different pin for the battery that is good as it looks burnt. I sent new pics as it is NOT burnt. So I guess I either pitch this bike and buy a different brand or fork out 500 for a new battery that I don't even know is the problem. Also takes months to get on a slow boat from *****. Run away from this company. I see no end.

    Do not buy from senada bikes! There phone number isnt real and they dont respond to emails. Ive bought two bikes from them that have had several problems. The first bike is only 15 months old and the motor quit. The second bike had major issues with the control panel. Which we were able to replace. But I paid 1500$ for the first bike and now I cant find a replacement motor anywhere.

    I purchased two Senada Drifters. I had a blow out on one tire, after one week of use the shocks on the front forks are leaking oil and wont stop. The handle bars are crooked and you cant straighten them. One of them the display goes into error mode for some reason. They both came with scratches and missing parts. There return policy included a 25% restocking fee. Or I would return them. I left them a bad review but they use a online service that collects them and Senada pics which reviews they use on there web site. To many 4 and 5 star reviews for the terrible quality of there E-bikes. I do recommend changing both tubes in the tires, They are ***** junk and very thin and dangerous.

    I purchased a bike from them it quit running 2 and a 1/2 weeks after I got it I blown up their phone I can't get any service they're not making this right they want me to do the troubleshooting on it I just want to send the bike back and get a new one or a refund

    I ordered my bike in November of 2021 when i received the bike the bike rack was damaged in transit, I promptly sent senada an email and senada fixed the issue fast, now I have an issue with the fork lock out, I sent a video of the issue and they sent the part to fix the fork, the customer service is top notch and they responded within 2 days, some of the better customer service I've ever received. I am currently looking at another Senada bike to purchase.
