    DO NOT ORDER FROM GROONI. There are already complaints for years on BBB about this company and it looks like they havent taken any accountability/responsibility as the same issues persist. I ordered 3 things and paid for express shipping. Only 2 items were shipped, and they were shipped AFTER the express delivery window had already passed. I had to ask multiple times for a refund on the express shipping and I didnt hear back for a week. There was also no apology made regarding their continued errors. I have also asked multiple times to cancel my unshipped item and this request is being ignored. If the issue persists I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Chat *** warned me against ordering from Grooni. I ******* holds companies like this accountable since it can see all the reviews and complaints.

    Issue: Business completely non-responsive - missing returned funds.I purchased directly from Grooni Earthing website on August 16th- an order for (3) mattress mats. Their website has misleading dimensions noted on their sizes, however, I accept full responsibility for ordering sizes that were not a good match. (The website lists bed sizes in names, i.e. full, queen, king, etc.. However the listed dimensions are off - showing a full with twin dimensions, a queen with full dimensions, etc....) Moving on, I contacted Grooni Earthing to make the exchange of the sizes on August 24th on their website through the contact form and followed all proper protocols. Two days later they received my email, and two more days later they sent me the details for return. They received my items, and on September 16th they still had not shipped my exchange. I emailed and inquired and asked to make a change to one mat. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I reached out on the 23rd and 30th of September to try and get in contact with the representative, and no response. I finally received the return, but not with the updated change, but I did NOT receive my refund in the difference. Fast forward to October 25th, a month later, I finally received a response that the representative apologized and would be more timely, answered nothing, helped with nothing. I reached out again on November 4th after being ghosted again. I still don't have the proper item, and don't have the refund in the difference if they wont send the proper item. I have been sending messages to both the representative, and through the website directly via the contact form. I simply want the correct item sent to me or a refund. It is insane to me that a business would completely not respond and hold funds. I have all emailed communication if someone at the BBB would care to see the time stamps and exchanges. I have only ever worked in service and am completely at a loss on how to proceed. Thank you.

    Order #: *****, Tracking DHL Number: GM5C71ED2B37ED4B448ED5 Date Ordered: December 11, 2024, Item Earthing & Grounding Sleeping Bed Mat Single1 $184.59 Label Created: December 14, 2024. Last scanned: December 16, 2024, no movement since.I contacted their **************** many of times, inquiring into the status, they reply stating it's in transit. I have reminded them there's been not one single scan/movement in over 3 weeks and this usually indicates the package is lost. They reply there is nothing they can do. I asked for a refund, they said no I can refuse the package upon receiving it. I explained I most likely won't receive it as it's lost in the mail. They replied it's because Canada Post is on strike. I explained this is being shipped ***, not Canada Post, and they are back working again. I have received other parcels from the USA delivered from *********** since the strike, this is irrelevant as my parcel is lost. There is no reason for there not to be any tracking on the item. They refuse to send another package and/or refund my money. I did not receive the item, and if you look at the tracking, there's been absolutely zero movement in over 3 weeks. I want a full refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I'm no longer interested in receiving the product.  This was initially ordered as a Christmas gift and it's well after Christmas and pointless at this point.  I also don't have any faith the item will be received on my end.  The original shipment tracking is showing it's still in ******* and hasn't moved in over a month now.  I just want a refund.

    Purchased PERM Infrared Chair mat on 12/09/2024 Order number #***** for a total of $340.00.On 12/16 I inquired as to why my order had not shipped. Received an email from ***************** on 12/18 stating order has been processed and I was to receive my order on Sunday. I asked for a tracking number but never received it (order never came). I sent another email on 12/23 asking why the order was not received and again asked for a tracking number. I received another email from ***************** on 12/24 stating that there was a delay in shipping and the order would be delivered on Saturday. I replied to ****** on 12/27 again asking for a tracking number (did not receive tracking number and order never came). On 12/28 the day my package was to be delivered, ****** sent me an email asking if I wanted it shipped ***** or *** as I had stated in an earlier email that we have had issues with ***** in our area due to a strike. I responded that either would be fine (the strike had ended by this point). I also let her know that her previous email said it would be delivered that day but I assumed it had not shipped. This morning, I received an email from them that they refunded me $50.00 with no explanation of why. I sent them another email asking why I was receiving a refund and not my order. This was a Christmas gift and I would really like to receive the item that I ordered. Their lack of communication in regards to shipping is very concerning. I will definitely never do business with them again. I will be happy to forward all emails to someone on request.

    I ordered a grounding mat for my bed on 11/5. A label was created but the delivery service has still not received the package.

    placed an order for total of $199.99 deducted from my credit card account on Nov 21, 2024. I have never received an email from the company at all. Not a confirmation, no shipping details, not one email. There is no phone number to contact them , you can only email them complaints. I have emailed them twice asking about my order with no response. At this point, I just want my money back

    On November 9th, 2024 I ordered and paid for a grounding bed sheet which I never received. The order number is #*****. I have contacted the company numerous times and they have made excuses as to why the grounding sheet has not shipped. *** never got a hold of the package. I am very disappointed and feel very scammed. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for a family member. Its too bad this company wont fulfill my order.

    I placed an order for a king size grounding mat (order# *****) on November 10th. I received a confirmation email stating the order was received and I will be notified when the product is sent. On November 19th I still hadnt heard anything so I sent a message from their website. A woman named ****** replied to me the following day stating; I am pleased to inform you that your order has been successfully processed. We anticipate its delivery this coming Sunday, during the day. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the slight delay in dispatching your order, which was due to a temporary stock issue with a key component of the kit. On the evening of the 24th (which was Sunday) and with not receiving the product I emailed back to ****** asking where it was and to provide a tracking number. Her response was: I appreciate your patience and wanted to provide an update on your order. Although it was shipped earlier, there was an unforeseen delay in transit. I'm pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved by our team, and we now expect your package to arrive this coming Friday. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, please rest assured that we will issue a complete refund for your order immediately. Within 20 minutes of receiving her email I replied asking again for her to provide a tracking number and still have not gotten a response.

    Sept 3rd Ordered a Grooni grounding queen sized bed mat. I was not aware, nor did they state on their site that a grounding plug was needed for this mat. My handyman will charge me $250 to put one in my bedroom. (I have emailed this company 3-4 times asking this question and finally got an answer.). Sept 14-after finding out I needed a grounded plug to use this product, I asked for a refund. Sept 17th-this company emailed me back to say it was too late for a refund and that my order had been processed and it will arrive "this Saturday". (which would be Sept 21st) Sept 18th- this company says the mat is in transit. I checked with *** and it was NOT in transit.Sept 19th-I emailed this company to let them know that I had confirmed with *** that they DID NOT have the order in their procession and that I wanted a refund.Sept 25th-the order arrived. That is 22 days after I ordered it and 11 days after I asked for a refund.Oct 2nd-I emailed this company to get further instructions on how to return this product. Their return instructions on their site is very specific and part of the refund process is to send them an email with "RETURN" in the subject line. No reply Oct 3rd-I send another email requesting a refund with "RETURN" on the subject line. They have a 30 day window of returns and yet make it very difficult to make that happen. This company is a scam company and I advise anyone who is thinking of giving them any of your hard earned money NOT TO!
