    I bought a king size grounding mat as a Christmas gift. We tested it under our fitted sheet and it wasnt registering anything on the meter. I have emailed the company four times without a response. So I guess Ive been cheated out of almost $200. Dont buy from this company, they are not legitimate! They dont even have a phone number! I feel scammed!

    The mats this client purchased work under a moisture principle that allows conductivity to occur during nigh time. This client performed a direct voltage test which is not the correct test according to our provided guidelines. Instead, a body voltage test should be done after a night sleep.

    I ordered an earthing mat. The grounding circuit is showing me I cannot ot get the correct ground to work the mat correctly. I have emailed the company multiple times and there isn't a phone number. I have not received any responses and want to do a return before my 30 days is over

    At the end of January I ordered a mini mat for $285. What arrived was a $699 mat with no control/power cord. I immediately tried reaching them but realized they had no phone number! I heard back from them via email and was asked to send a photo of the product, which I did. I got a response that indicated they would send a return label but they never did send one. I emailed them over 22 times and have never been given one. During this time I have offered to pay for the control/power cord to make this big, heavy mat usable. I told them I did not want to throw it away! At one point I was told they would send a cord, but they never did. They refunded the amount of my purchase at least, but absolutely don't seem to care whether they get this thing back or make it usable for me! Such a shame to let it sit on the earth's surface forever. Makes me very angry.

    I ordered and paid for an Earthing Mat in early February from Grooni. I received a Life Tune instead. I have sent numerous emails this past month trying to find out where I return the Life Tune. They even had me send them photos of the Life Tune and the package it came in. To date no response except that they're working on it. The mat cost me close to $100 and I would like the mat and want to return the Life ********** they can't send me a mat I'd like a full refund. There's no reason they can't give me an address to return the Life Tune.I wish I'd read the reviews below before ordering. I should have realized after the first 2 weeks of chasing them that it was a scam.

    I thought I was doing a good deed ordering from the little guy. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand and just ordered from Amazon. I clearly remember adding the queen sized sheet to my cart. Somehow their system changed my order to a twin size, something I would never order. They refuse to correct the situation. If youve had issues with Grooni please let me know as Im looking for other participants to form a class action with.

We under any circumstances change clients orders as we work with ******* platform that does not let us edit orders once they are placed. The client made a mistake while checking out and have tried to solve the situation but she has been inflexible

    I was hoping it was a good company, as I read reviews and tried to read between the lines ... I bought the queen size sheet .... the only thing I (and *****) have felt is little shocks if you touched it the wrong way ...must go through cuts or something... sad I took a chance on this and lost $200+ ...I don't usually take chances like this but paid for my education!

    Our products dont connect to current and come with integrated resistors so it is impossible to received charges while using them as there is no current involved.

    This company isnt an ***************** They are from ***** and product is from *****. They also dont tell you after paying a ton of money that you will unexpectedly get a ***** invoice in the mail for Customs from ***** ! Horrible company. Dont buy anything from them.
