    I regret having to written this can if necitive review. because this shop would a shop that would continue ome back to gas a repeat customer.I was never given a written estimate by the shop.I was told from the beginning that it likely it cost to replace my engine.witg have mechanical insurance I thought possible.After weeks of insurance not wanting to take.They find the picture and told liability..Then the shop ask would mind paying *******.I knew what insurance wouldn't cover themI would have too .So said I guess if have too.The next day a other ******* add.With no ********* reason.This I question amount and haven't gotten no written estimate.I to his boss still proove if why I'm being charge an extra *******.They cannot a call back from upper management.The little information I told the shop started job and up by ******* was the insurance company was paying ******* and remain would be *******.The shop did u authorize work that cost extra ******..The shop was charge ****** per hour..Tear down engine likely told 3 ******* On total the cost is ******** for 2018 Kia ******* didn't know by law the shop require to give a written estimate.I never had deal mechanical insurance ********** is still the shop and now outside waiting on an engine.This my car and my mom's only transfertation.That I have up the money fair or not. Being a white woman in *********** cost.yes I said it.This shop care if I came back .They only goal was make just money poolside that of a white woman..

    This was the worst experience Ive ever had. The shop mislead me on repairs. Saying that the work that was done would fix the problem, I originally came in for. That was not true. After speaking with multiple people. My concerns were not met. The customer service was terrible. I felt they gave me the run around and continue to say they would call me back to address my concerns but no one ever called. The general manager over the store was rude. Did not try to create a solution.
