    Ordered replacement, fit exactly, website was easy to use, resources for how to do the install and other tidbits they shared for a successful install. Fast shipping. Looking good.

    I recently mistakenly ordered a 27 liner from LinerWorld via Amazon although my pool is 24. While attempting installation, I knew something was wrong and contacted LinerWorld for advice and assistance. While awaiting their response, I reviewed my previous paperwork from the original pool invoice and realized my error. I had ordered the wrong size liner!This was 100% my fault in ordering so I couldnt realistically expect to be able to return the oversized liner as I had already unrolled it and attempted installation. I called LinerWorld back to advise them of my error and also to ask if they could offer a discount on the correct size liner. Unbeknownst to me, **************** ******* had already utilized their satellite software and verified my pool is indeed 24 round and not 27 as I incorrectly ordered and she promptly sent a reply to my email advising this. She also graciously offered to exchange the liner at no charge to me even though the error was completely my fault. *** even suggested for me to use the Amazon Return Procedure to return the original liner in attempt to save return shipping charges.I must say that I am really shocked to find a company that still cares about human relations and is concerned about satisfying their customers needs. This was certainly not a profitable transaction for LinerWorld, but ******* did not hesitate to make things right for me, even though the mistake was all mine.The shipping of both the original liner and the replacement was extremely fast and efficient. And FREE! They shipped each time within hours of the order and were extremely polite and courteous on the phone and in email correspondence. I am very satisfied with all aspects of LinerWorld and am certainly very thankful to ******* for her assistance and prompt response. This is a company well worth doing business with and I am now a loyal customer for all of my future pool accessories.

    The first liner I purchased in 2020. We installed with approximately ***** gallons of water. My grandchildren got to swim 1 week, then it just busted at the seam. LinerWorld replaced with new liner. By then covid kicked in,so therefore we started installing the replacement liner in which we found a hole when we opened up the box. Patched the small hole and by the time it was filled again, started filtering and the whole side busted at seam They apologized for it, so sorry you got to buy a new, call when you ready to place order. This company sells defective liners.
