    We couldn't be happier with Liner World. Amazing customer service (especially ****** Unfortunately, we did need a replacement liner, but, they were so great about it, we received a new liner within 2 business days. We love the designs on the liners too. This time we got the shark ********** 2 year old grandson LOVES it. Looking forward to a very enjoyable summer in my backyard!

    I ordered the Shark Nation Liner back in February due to the vinyl shortage, knowing I would be able to have it installed until late April or early May. Once the liner was installed, filled and treated, we noticed a separation at the bead seam. The language of the warranty and return policy didn't leave me very hopeful BUT when I spoke with the customer service department ******************** simply requested photos which I promptly sent. Within minutes she responded apologizing that the separation had happened and offered to send a new liner immediately. I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of this resolution ! I will tell everyone I know about the awesome experience I've had with LinerWorld. Thank you for being a stand up company!!

    Good customer service! I ordered a liner, received it quickly, it had a problem in a few days, all I did was show them what happened, they replaced it without the slightest hassle. I'm happy and will keep buying stuff from them
