  You did what you said and shipped the pool cover out same day . I received it in a timely manner. Some of the stitches were raving which I made note of . Overall, I am satisfied.

  Service was good and liner looks great at the right price. Would have preferred a thicker one but there was none available. Have seen the negative reviews but so far have had no problems.

  We bought our liner this past summer and had it installed by a company. We did have a small issue with the color on the liner, but after talking with Liner World they fixed our issue and we have been happy since. They even let me call back after placing my order online to add on their free gift which I thought was cool!

  I purchased an ombr blue pool liner for $1200 it arrived within 3 days. I hired a professional pool installer for $2000 who couldnt install for 3 months. When they arrived they used padding etc. the pool looked awesome. After one season the liner is separating at the seams and losing water rapidly and the liner color has faded to one blue shade. Im sorry I wasted over $3000 and that doesnt include the water bills. I only wish Id have read the reviews before I ordered because I dont have thousands more to do this again. Buyer beware

  Deserves zero stars! This liner was purchased (via Amazon) for a 24’ round pool. Two different professional, paid installers attempted to install the liner, but it absolutely would not fit. The seller would only allow a return if the liner was unused, with factory fold, in the original box (at our expense). Communication with them was not helpful as they insisted the installers did not follow their directions (they did). Although we provided photographs of measurements, they insisted on other photographs. Bottom line, the seller refused to give a refund. I would never purchase anything from this seller again!

  BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT BUY A LINER FROM THEM. Their product is defective. I would give them no stars but I had to enter something. They do not stand by their product. We purchased a liner from them for our above ground pool. We paid for an installer to put it in and paid for water to fill the pool. The next day the liner had separated from the beading. A day later there were multiple spots all round the pool. I called them and they would only replace the liner or reimburse us for the liner. They will not reimburse us for the installation cost or the water cost. This was a big expense for us and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. We now have many more spots unglued. I am afraid the water will leak out of the pool and then the pool will cave in. I have checked out their website and they continue to sell the same defective liner. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY.

  Purchased liner in early spring of 2021, installed early summer 2021. Within 1 month of being installed started getting small rips around the base of the pool. Complained to Linerworld, provided several pictures and was offered no resolution because it was not a ripped at the seam nothing they would do. Its ok to provide poor quality product if the seams stay in tact. Also started to fade immediately and i keep my chemicals good. Fast forward summer of 2022. I have had to patch this liner even more. I have probably close to 100 patches around my pool and just had to put 2 large patches on the floor of the pool today. This liner won't last another season. TERRIBLE quality. I do not recommend this product. We have owned this *************************** pool for 20 years and replaced the liner a few times and usually get a good 5-6 years out of a liner. This only will only make it 2 and that's with doctoring up.
