    This would be my second liner I've purchase from LinerWorld. The previous liner was destroyed when my pool wall came apart. LinerWorld has comparative price compare to most online retailers. They have great inventory of parts too. I always come here first before I go anywhere esle.

    I am very pleased with our pool liner purchase. Ordering from the website was very easy and the liner arrived quickly just in time for Memorial day weekend. It was easy to install and so far has been terrific. I would purchase from LinerWorld again. Thanks for saving the summer!

    I made a warranty claim, June 10, 2024, due to a tear at the top of my liner. At a discounted rate, I purchased a new liner to replace it. I now have a tear under the water at the seam on the first liner. I have not installed the replacement one. I figured I would wait till the season was over to remove the old one and install it. However, I dont want to use a linerworld liner at the risk of it failing again. I want to return the discounted, unused and unboxed liner. They want me pay for shipping to return the second liner. It is very costly and time consuming to replace pool water and liners. They should last for many years. I spoke with several pool owners and they agree that a pool liner should not do what mine did. DEFECTIVE - LOW QUALITY The warranty is not a great warranty. It claims 25 year warranty but fine print states otherwise. The return policy is not consumer friendly either. These two policies benefit Linerworld ONLY! They do not take each consumers situation in to account. When you contact them all they do is repeat the same song and dance about their policy and where to find it, which horrible customer service. This will cost me a lot. The cost of my first liner $700 and the cost of second liner $250 approximately, plus labor, extra materials, pool water and time lost enjoying the pool. All because Linerworld sells a defective product and false advertises their warranty/return policy. I cant believe this company has the rating it has with 30 plus complaints about the same issues.

    DONT FALL FOR THIS!I purchased a 700$ liner in 2021 for my pool it also included a lifetime warranty!!! The liner now cost 350$???!! They Refused to replace my liner. My liner busted at the **** and I called for my warrantied replacement liner and was informed that their warranty only covers a a PRORATED RATE, no where in my warranty when I purchased it has a prorated warranty. Shame on you Liner World for ripping people off. I will go back to ordering from ********* which has also guaranteed me excellent customer service and stand by their quality. Ive used them for 30 years and only ordered from Liner World because they had my liner now Im out over 700$ for a liner!!!

    My liner arrived in a very timely manner. I thought the instructions were so helpful, this is the easiest liner I have ever installed using those instructions. I have been pleased with the quality of the liner and it looks great, I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I would definitely recommend LinerWorld, LLC to anyone!

    I highly recommend LinerWorld. I ordered the incorrect shape of the liner. When I called to resolve the problem, the representative was very polite and helpful. I did have to pay a restocking fee, but my new liner arrived promptly, was installed quickly, and the kids are enjoying swimming!

    Liner is not made well. The clips dont stay on well and they put holes in liner. Ill be surprised if it makes the season. Very disappointing.
