    I needed a new pool liner due to storm damage. I could not find an expandable liner locally. I did a ****** search and Liner World came up. I looked at the reviews and placed a call vs. on-line. My customer service representative was great and she gave me a military discount to boot. My liner was delivered two days later. I highly recommend Liner World!

    I would give this no stars if that was an option! We ordered a liner according to their directions. Installed according to their instructions. The liner did not fit out of the box. It was hot out and did not stretch. I contacted the company and they said that they undercut the liners. They refuse to refund or take back as their policy is 30 days in an unopened box. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    We ordered a new liner for our existing pool and we couldn't be happier! We were frustrated because we had ordered a liner from another company and it was the wrong size, and we had issues trying to return it. Then we ordered from LinerWorld, and the right liner arrived, very quickly. We had no issues installing it ourselves, and our pool has never looked better!!!!

    Liner world never disappoints. I install liners for local residents to me just to do it and always recommend liner world for the liner. Sometimes they buy the liner and some have me buy the liner. If you don't know how to measure your pool for correct liner you should have someone measure it for you.

    As normal, issues with the pool, which caused me to replace the entire setup. Home filled with women, so I was in a rush. Shopping was very easy, the issue...when will I get the liner padding and coping strips??? WHAT!!! Within a week and everything was received perfectly and exactly what I ordered. The liner pad, while not padding, works just like it is. Nice to walk around and not feel rocks and pebbles!!! Well, the ladies are now happy and we've moved on to other issues. Only one wish now, if LinerWorld could help me hang the water hose reel!!! Oh, they are now my go-to-team for any, and I'm sure there will be, future pool problems!!!
