    We recently purchased 110 silver vein metal stack chairs and 28 bi-fold granite plastic folding tables for our conference room and they have comfortable and durable so far. The ordering process over the phone and delivery were smooth. Delivery was done with Central Transport. Highly recommend them and their furniture

    **************** at this company is great. Contacted them a few times to understand how to order customized booths. My order arrived 2 weeks after placing it. OK handling and shipping time considering that I bought 12 custom booths.

    Our order of 20 black aluminum patio tables with dark walnut faux teak and ******************************************************** the long run for our restaurant. After 3+ months of heavy daily use the furniture remained durable and guests still comment the design and comfort. Delivery was ultra fast, took 5 days. Delivery speed surprised me a lot. Thanks for the excellent service

    This furniture company has awesome support! I needed help to change my order before it shipped that I have created on their website, and they were really fast to handle the corrections for a complicated order of 12 customized booths.     Their support agents are incredibly helpful. When I couldn't figure out tracking they kept me updated with emails after just one phone call. I always knew where my order was. I bought wooden chairs and tables, and metal bar stools. Delivery took 3 weeks, which was reasonable. Reasonably priced furniture with OK delivery times and awesome support.

    Quality furniture and great service. Spoke on the phone to *******, she took time to help me place the order on their site. Tracking was included in the mail. Delivery was done with courier company and without any delays. Happy with this company and their furniture.

    Horrible customer service once the order is placed. Rude response from a customer rep named ***********************. I needed a banquette and was sent benches that have huge gaps between them. Plenty of other places to purchase custom restaurant furniture- dont go here

    Hi, I am sorry you are unhappy with what you received, however these booths were custom made for you according to your specifications. Your order stated 6 booths and not 1 wall bench of 6 sections. 6 Booths are not meant to attach to one another as they are meant to be used separately; that is why there are gaps.Thank you,

    This is the worst company to deal with. They have been s******* me around since November 29th 2023. We ordered $5400.00 worth of new tables for our restaurant. Within 5 days the tables were scratching real bad and started to look blotchy. I contacted the company and they offered to send out a refinishing kit for each of the 14 tables. I dont have time to sand and refinish all tables so I asked if I could return and get a higher end table and pay the difference. Nope not an option I had to pack them up within 3 days and ship back to them for a refund and would be without tables. They offered to refund me $1,000 to cover 1/2 the cost of getting them wrapped and to date has never sent the funds

    Premium furniture with reasonable prices and quick delivery. Purchased table tops, in 3 different styles and each one is beautiful. Delivery was done in 6 days and the sales agent I spoke to helped me choose finishes and colors. Great company!
